Someone who believed in the system when they started, then discovered ethics and stuck it out because they want to do some good.

Most importantly, someone who wants security to support thier family, a mortgage and pay the bills. That's better than being unemployed and collecting pogi between several life long jobs. It's called growing up.

Marginal Tax Rates

Ontario 2003

$0 - $7,756 0.00%

$7,757 - $10,809 16.00%

$10,810 - $13,800 28.10%

$13,801 - $32,183 22.05%

$32,184 - $32,435 28.05%

10,810 - 13,800 seems like it out out order. if these numbers are true then these poor people are getting screwed. i'm thinking its's supposed to say 18.10% not 28.10%.

A-ha... well, there are much easier ways to have $$$ security... without as many headaches as well.

But hey, glad to see someone out there with some ethics and integrity... props to you, brotha!

in all honesty, I want to work for the buearacracy. not becuase its job security and all that. I want to work in policy analyses and policy adivising, and formation. Thats where all the legislation is formulated and fine tuned. I want to have a hand in the making of our laws and legislation so that we can live a better life as a society. It not only pays damn well, but it is a job that requires one to think and be creative. It is not a boring job, and its damn well gratifiying to see that your doing soemthing for the good of society. Anyways thats my reasoning *shrug*

That's a hard one to get into man. You got to be well connected. I hope you are. But one thing I've seen is that the values change when you've got all that power behind you. So my advise to you is to go for it with all you got, but don't lose site of your starting values.

Peace
