go to
my icq
then go to security & privacy
click the ignore button
and then uncheck the box that says
Do not allow direct connection with previous icq versions

Well, very soon people will be able to download that mix with speed that beats 300bps... a good friend of mine is gonna host the mix on his ftp server and i'm at 72%done now... when i'll finish the upload, i'll build this nice post with the direct link and some pics of the party, i'm sure people wanna see that
