The fact is that most of the posts I've read here or there are complaints and tries to find any excuse to explain this or that. We dominated all the match, we had a lot of problems with your excellent compact defence which blocked our numerous attacks, you scored a nice goal and succeeded in keeping the result for 90mn. The referee has nothing to do in Zidane's free kick, as Silvestre didn't help during the action, and as his expulsion wouldn't have changed anything to the motivation of our attacks. We have been able to keep a strong mind during all the game, and a bit of luck, which is a component of most sports. So I understand you're disappointed, but you should be fair play and not try to kick our team like most of you do. Take example on guys like Ian^ or Coup who have been perfectly fair-play after the results, despite their disappointment. And don't forget: that's just football, that doesn't deserve personal insults.

I think if you ask england fans, nearly all of them would say that Heskey should not be in the squad. Liverpool finnally got rid of him to Birmingham, and hopefully now he will not get in the team because he plays for a less fasionable club. Does that mean our manager has lost it? Yes, when it comes to Heskey and allot of his decisions, we do think he's lost it.

It's not being a sour loser, i just gave, like many fans, my perspective on the game, that england should have won. Oh well, as england fans, we never really get any luck.

Oh, and silvestre, how can you say his sending off would not have affected the game. Do you watch football. If your defender has been sentoff, the game is different. You would make a sub for starters as he is a defender, ud change formation. I can't believe just because he never touched the ball leading up to the free kick you say that it didnt matter if he got sent off or not. Oh well, frenchies
