Actually, they were. Under their solo monikers Jam X and De Leon (which is a bit of a misnomer since De Leon always produced tracks with Jam X for a Jam X release and vice versa) they released many hard trance tracks on Chaos Recs. back in the late 90s. Check:

Jam X - Warriors
Jam X Joins B.I.A. - Das Licht
De Leon - Fate
Jam X & De Leon Meets Tom Wax - Louder/Softer

Also, their recent collaborations with Sebastian Ostermann resulted in No Faces - No Time No Space/Free Your Feelings and You Know What/I Can Fly, which are also on the hard trance tip (although more influenced by the recent tech trance direction that hard trance has taken, i.e. Cosmic Gate - Different Concept Pt.1 & 2).

^^ Ummm dude, some of the tracks on your Peruvian Nights mix are not Hard Trance. Tony De Vit owns though.

Overall, after seeing your tracks. Both mixes seem pretty strong.

p.s. Some of your comments in that post neither are necessary nor are required.

yoji is not hardstyle he is hard house/nrg.

and one word of advice for you mate... id confirm your own thought with regards to genres... youve tried to slate ppl quite a few times in this thread, and youve been wrong each time

look pal... u are really annoying me... DJ Jam-X & Dominik are not hardtrance? wtf... DID YOU CHECK UP HIS OWN LABLE FATE RECORDINGS? its all hardtrance and they even say its a hardtrance label and all awhile they have been collaborating together to produce the harder style of progressive/epic/dream trance. Secondly... Sakin Bozkurt & Torsten are in the hardtrance scene currently. How do you explain his alias Three Kings And Sound Of Overdose?... i think you're still in his "Protect your mind/Nomansland" concept.

Yoji is hardstyle.. lmao. I think its becuase of Hardstyle Disco makes you think he is hardstyle.. hey wake up dude. He did that because its a tribute to Trance Generators. He is always been in his Hard-NRG Scene and best buddies with Lab 4 Team doing some UK Hardhouse....

Just incase someone missed it (don't even think it's been said):

Dumonde = JamX & DeLeon.

damn right... he certainly has no idea what he's up against with. anyway thanks for your comments back then, i really appriciate it. Anyways i've been listening to hardtrance/hardhouse/hardacid (back then there were no diff) ever since Dyewitness and Ramirez. So i think i have an idea what the hell is hardtrance...

Update
-------------
Oh yea about Lee Haslam, Guyver, Baby Doc & S-J and Stimulant DJs. I think they are classified "the harder side of dance music" *LOL* in between of hArdhouse and Old School Hardtrance

"He certainly has no idea what he's up against with" ??

^^^ What is that, Junior? What are you on about? What do you think these forums are for? And do you seriously think I give a damn about what you think?

@Nukleuz : I don't think It's surprising that different people may have different opinions/definitions for genres. I haven't "slated" anybody and if expressing my opinion is "slating" then hell yes, I do it all the time

Im sure, no worries cause music is music. Most of the songs on my Peruvian Nights mix overall do have that Hard Trance Beat as well as Trance Flow so, I dont know. Sounds like Hard Trance too me. Doesnt really matter in the end, just as long as I like it. Thats why I bought those records.

Yes Tony De Vit is good, that track on there is a BK remix of the original. Good Stuff.

lol i dont think you understand mate.. im not saying your opinions r bullshit and my opinions are the truth.. it is common fact that some of the DJs you mentioned are hardtrance and not for example uberdruck = schranz... schranz is absolutely fuck all like uberdrucks style
