Answer: people who are still cracked out from the night before and either A. need more drugs (space is definitely the place for that) or B. just got more drugs and want to stay up longer. lol

i know it's probably the whole point, but i also really do not like the layout...it's like a never ending, dark hallway. i like it more out in the open w/ the DJ in clear view...and all the couches/vip tables spread out like a huge living room (cough *mansion* cough)

and that graveyard area...jesus, that's enough to make a sane person crazy. i still wake up in the middle of the night screaming with visions of club space graveyard at 7 in the morning during wmc (when deep dish was there). yikes.

but yea, i'll keep it down w/ the "Space sucks" comments...i know everyone knows where is stand on the matter. i guess i'm just persistant and i want you people to see it how i do. that's just me.

do me a favor though and don't knock crobar and mansion till you've tried it...that's all.

firstoff i dont praise club space out of the blue, i just defend it when people ENDLESSLY bash it. firstoff i dont do drugs to stay there late, i just love the terrace, its orignal, great music, and its fun, and i dont judge people on drugs, i have fun with my friends and try to ignore people like that, and id say there is less people cracked out there then in the inside. in fact me and my brother once we move to sobe next week, plan on most weekends to go to bed on a sat nite,or work, and wake up and go to the terrace and have a good time. so i guess thats makes us wackos or losers, but oh well, i could care less. secondly you might want to go back and reread my earlier post, ive been to crobar and mansion, and having nothing against them, funny i explicity stated that, i like those clubs more for a chill vibe and to relax and have a few drinks, not to see a superstar trance dj and dance my balls off, jumping and pumping my fist in the air, thats for venues like space and the clubs alike, that will be on the downtown strip. when i go to crobar and mansion i want to dressup nice, act halfway sophisticated and not break a sweat, because they are classier clubs, and ive been to both and i like both, i just dont want to experience tiesto or avb there, thats more the vibe and atmosphere for space, ok? in conclusion,not trying to argue with you, just trying to make u see my point of view, peace.

wow space has been raided, big news flash, so have tons of other clubs across the country, the nature of the club industry, they get raided, like i give a flying you know what, until they shut the place down i will go there, whoop dee doo. i rest my case too, cheerioz!!!

this is soley because the truth is alot of people that are in their 20's are more immature than some that are 18.19 and so on...look people, you may sit there and say that we'll have our time but it's not about that...I can give three shits about drinking and whatnot all I want to do is go and see the DJ who is performing...If I love PVD I am entitled to see him just as much as most of you who are 21+ so who cares what age they make the parties...it seems you people are more concerned with the age limit then the party itself...all I am saying is consider yourselves lucky we live somewhere that these DJ's come to...age limit or not. It's funny because in Europe there is no bullshit about age and stuff of that nature...why the hell is it such a damn problem? The only point I am trying to make here is...you have your bundle of immaturity in the age bracket you are in just as we have ours but don't sit there and say that we are teeny weenies and we're all immature because doing so makes you sound foolish because we all know there are 26 year olds who act like 12 year olds out there.

I have been to a party that was 21+ and let me just say that it blew...you see all these old ass people almost in their 40's with no energy and others rolling balls looking like a bunch of idiots. I am not only saying it's among 21+ people it's among 18+ people as well...but don't criticize what you cannot back up.

I am done here...continuing a battle over what age is immature itself...reality is, the party is 18+. who cares. deal with it. move on. if not then don't go. I won't be missing an arm and a leg because of complaints from the older crowd...I can care less who goes or what age they are...I am not there for people, I am there for the DJ and the music.

No I agree...there are SOME people that are worth going for because they are your friendly non-hating bunch. All I really meant was I am not there for approval or disapproval from the older crowd who thinks I should not be there in the first place. It really makes no difference what people think...I'll be there because no one can change the fact that the party is 18+ and will go on.

No doubt. Fuck what anyone else thinks and go party your ass off. I'm debating whether or not to get trashed that night. Problem is I'm too cheap to spend money in there. So goddamn expensive, and if I get trashed before I get in, it'll only last a short while. One thing's for sure....for trancebrats bday party in Tampa, I'm getting trashed.

I really could care less about the age thing at this point but here is a little food for thought..........
I think part of the reason the EDM scene in the uk is so big is becuse there arnt as many age restrictions on events and stuff. Think about it. The EDM scene in the US is still very underground compaired to Europe because its really only exposed to a small age group....mostly 21-30 year olds. If every club in the US was 18 and up the music would be more exposed to more people making it less underground. I think thats part of the reason people 21 and older wanna keep it that way. The fact of the matter is....right now you want it to be 18 and up just so you get in but once your 21 and mature a little bit (under 21 people in general).....being crammed into a friggin sardine can just to see your favorite DJ isn't what you call a good time anymore cause you been there done that. Just my $.02
