You can try the BBC1 live link, the stream is pretty decent for me, but sebs mix is absolutely terrible tonight...

That was his own show though. I was under the impression that Fergie and Halliwell would be on the Essential Mix too. Guess not Where is Yousef or Oakenfold. Yousef has better house than seb.

Radio1 's stream can't handle big shows like this.
They have it set so when it reaches the maximum number of listeners it can handle,
instead of cutting the number of listeners off at that point,
it keeps adding listeners on top of it that the stream can't handle.
That causes it to choke, rebuffer, and sound tinny at times.
Does that make any sense?

I know that, But why isnt any of the webradios out there hosting a higher quality stream of this, especially for shows like this?

I'm not sure of the exact times now (I thought first that it'd be an hour set each) - but I'm pretty sure it'll now go: Seb/Oakenfold/Fergie/Halliwell. Yousef won't be on now, I don't think, wouldn't make sense.

Maybe they don't feel this lineup is worth it.
