I once read an article that people had revealed the shoking truth about google. They talked about the notorious cookie that google leaves behind at your computer. Google reads those cookies so that they can "read", the users history on google! So they know which webpages you visited

its not that I dislike Google, but gmx aint an unknown mail provider, as its been around since 1998

Do people not read the whole thread before they post? If you would go to the first couple of pages, you will see links to what gmail is. Or if you are so excited about knowing, you can point your browser to http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.google.com and search for gmail you will find all the info you want.

it's kinda like a hotmail account, basically an online mail account and it's free, except it has 1000MB storage space and you have to be invited by someone who has G-Mail in order to get it.
