Codeine is an opiate, and with a high enough dosage (250mg +) it can have a similar euphoric effect to that of heroin. Using a 24 pack of Panadeine, a simple extraction techniqe (used to filter out the paracetamol ) will leave it in a recreationally usable "liquified form".
