Joe is a good kid when sober. He goes INSANE when he gets really drunk and doesnt have the tolerance the rest of us do. We couldnt have thought of a more fitting way of punishing him, so he was forgiven.

There were other instances of cops, and of mason talking to them, and making fun of these two other cops....

we were at another bar and one walked in and pretended to run away from us, and then waved and said whats up.

we were local heroes, everyone loved us hehe..

still hard to believe it all happened hehe

I am amused by the fact that in the little towns of Colorado liquor stores often outnumber gas stations.

After nearly a year, I think I'm ready to face Oktoberfest once more...if I don't end up in jail this year I'll be very disappointed with myself.

beer gardens will have to do while i am in germany since i will be missing it

i am going to the berlin beer festival though

http://www.bierfestival-berlin.de/index.php?idcat=24

quote:
Every year at the first weekend of August more than 240 breweries from 80 countries present 1,750 different brands of beer. The Berlin beer mile is directly located in the city centre and 2.2 km long.
This longest beer garden of the world reaches from Frankfurter Tor to Strausberger Platz stretching along Karl-Marx-Allee in Berlin Friedrichshain.
In 20 different beer regions you can enjoy cultural and culinary specialities - beer in its inexhaustible variety being in the centre of attention, of course. Each brand of beer is only served once on the festival ground. A live musical programme taking place on 18 stages accompanies the beer festival. Admission is free.
This unique annual beer show has been taking place since 1997 and has been attracting hundreds of thousands of national and international guests since then.
Last year a record number of 750,000 visitors came to the festival.
What is so special about this event ? Well, in the first place it has the fascinating atmosphere of a folk festival of international quality but at the same time it is a fair for experts and lovers of beer. Each year several new brands of beer are represented, e.g. Voodoo Dark from Benin, Poker-Beer from Columbia, Gurkha-Beer from Nepal or Crocodile-Beer from Australia.
Both young and old meet to enjoy this unique variety of beer in the beautiful summer of the city. The festival is a tourist attraction surrounded by the unique architecture of Karl-Marx-Allee, whose buildings are, by the way, the longest historical monument of Europe.
At special stands along the beer mile visitors can buy the Official Pro(Beer) Mug. It is 3.50 Euro and a very special item for collectors. This beer mug with festival logo can take 0.2 litres and for 1.50 Euro guests can have it filled at all stands taking part in this trying out action. There is no deposit, no hassle ! It just means enjoying the party and having a pleasant memory of it.
Each year another beer region is in the centre of attention. After Northrhein-Westfalia in 2003, Baden-Wuertemberg in 2004 and Thuringia in 2005 the organizer of the event has chosen a special highlight on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the event last year. For the first time there was a brewery procession when a variety of historical brewery vehicles could be admired in the city. This year we present 3 breweries of the north: Flensburger brewery, Vielanker brewery and Stralsunder brewery.
The Federal Association of Medium-sized Private Breweries is the non-material representative of the festival, and Mr. Dr. Franz Schulz, Mayor of the district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, is its patron.
The 11th International Berlin Beer Festival takes place from August 3th 5th, 2007.

Do you have a small, pocket friendly (read as: drunk friendly) digicam sorted out for this escapade? If not, you have some time to prepare. 'Cos we're gonna need pics.

Or it never happened.
