Very ZzZz.

Overall...track selection>mixing skills

no DJ is perfect, and even PvD (one that's been around for centuries) fucks up (11/23/03)
He trainwrecked alot.

Mixing skills won't make me dance or hype me up...tracks will.
and diggers will make me pass out. but at least you know if you want to listen to music to go to bed, he's your man.

hey guess what....YOU'RE WRONG....sleep will be the last thing on my mind...digweed will blow that shit up but unfortunately your amatuer ears aren't ready for it yet...i mean its ok, like we said earlier to each their own taste but this whole business about going to bed is not the case...

thanks,

North'll always hold a privileged spot with me.
Aside from the fact that it's genius, it has sentimental value. Lots of great memories.

You made me listen to it again now. Been a while so why not, on a quiet Sunday morning while everyone's still sleeping.

As for the sig, no one could've said it better (than Dom Phillips on the cover of San Fran), IMOHO.

Can you tell I'm a huge Sasha fan?!

Ummm no not at all...and as for listening to it again...sounds like a good idea.I'm in the mood to hear Banco De Gaia-last train to Llasa(standout track)..Hoping the"man like god" and Diggers play a tag set for the end of their sets while dropping Underworld-dark & long (dark train mix),sasha has been dropping that track forever and i still never tire of it

usually they play each their own set with a tag team set in the middle, or some variation of that combination

For the same reason why I couldnt totally get into Dyk on NYE because of the awkward flow, although it worked out for him in the end.

Ive seen them both several times. While I dont know exactly what may have happened, its strange that 2 of the best DJs in the business did that poorly.

They were probably trying to get everyone synched but couldnt. Ive seen a lot of people in NY go to events like this but have no business being there. You know the kind; theyll go to OzzFest one day and go see Prodigy the next. They dont seem to be fans of the artist or the music. Get enough of these people and it would be hard to establish rapport with the crowd.

Expect good sets from them @ the WMC .

Well Ive only seen Tiesto live once, so maybe I just picked a wrong time to go, although, alot of other people I went with had a blast. Tiesto just wasnt playing enough tracks that I liked and if he did he would stick them in the wierdest places. On the other hand, Ive seen Dyk several times... I dont think Ive missed a NYC show since I got into the club scene. With the numerous fights that were breaking out on the dancefloor and in the club, I dont think Paul was able to get into it... I think he just winged it after all that shit.
