Posted by tonydanza on Feb-17-2005 04:15:

the kangaroo wasnt that bad, it just tasted like beef ehe
the pic we took of him as he was eating it was pretty quality

Posted by Chookie on Feb-17-2005 07:40:

Dinner was good, the pizza was nice!!

Hope your day in the mountains went well.

yeh australia's national animal (the kangaroo for all the n00bs out there, not the emu) is quite delish. gotta have it rare though. if it's cooked too much you might as well eat a rubber tyre.

so who's going tomorrow night?

Posted by Pendulum on Feb-19-2005 01:10:

Hey all,

thanks heaps to everyone who came. We had a feeling that the venue was slightly too big, but we went with it anyway and it ended up being nice and comfortable.

Thanks to all the TA's who came down and showed their support, was great to catch up with some of you.

One thing that was being said on the night was that the crowd may not have been packed to the rafters, but that it was not necessarilly a bad thing, and that the crowd we did have was really there for the music, which, ultimately was what we were trying to acheive So thanks guys!

Gave us a good scope on what we will be doing for future events, and puts a lot of things in perspectives with regards what size club/intimacy levels we need to acheive!

Always up fro your suggestions and comments in moving forward.

Hope you all enjoyed Nickson's set, personally I thought it was one of the best structured sets I had heard in a fairly long time. He had a few shockers when mixing, but no one's perfect right??

Here is my tracklist in roughly the right order. I ended up a little earlier than I should have, coz I was getting v.sleepy

01: Human Evolution - Project Magneta (One Giant Leap for Mankind)
02: Mark van Linden - LH3293
03: Jochen Miller - Vanity
04: Cern - The Message (Northern Mix)
05: Altitude - Sunray
06: Mario Lopez - The Sound of Nature (Plug & Play Mix)
07: Mojado - El Toro
08: Nu NRG - Dreamland 2005 (Adam Sheridan Remix)
09: Ozone - Rock (MORPH Mix)
10: Keith McMurray & Cameron O'Shea - Cleared for Takeoff
11: Igor S - Boomerang (Igor S Mix)
12: [p.e.g] - Chiba

Hope you didn't mind the techier stuff I was playing in the set this time, wanted to mix it up a bit, especially after Nickson who was super melodic!

Thanks again guys, seeya soon

Scottie
