sweeeeeeet well hopefully the weather is nice and toasty then the beach will be an option *crosses fingers* how far a drive is it from the CBD to the coast...

...and I mean nice bits not craptastic st. Kilda styles beach

awwe good vibes on Friday too - wot time?

we may just go for a bit until Echo starts even!

Posted by gumble on Feb-15-2005 07:51:

20 mins to get to beach....

Good vibrations starts at 5:30 pm.

Posted by stamper on Feb-15-2005 09:06:

All beaches in Adelaide are good, basically our whole coastline is one massive beach. In terms of cleanest and not many people, Semaphore is good. But if you want a good atmosphere then either Glenelg or Henley Beach are good.

Posted by stamper on Feb-15-2005 09:14:

I'm totally free Sunday if you guys feel like doing something? The Zoo or a picnic or something?

Posted by petek on Feb-15-2005 09:33:

im up for getting mashed in the botanics

Posted by PulseFusion on Feb-15-2005 23:20:

haha that might be a bit of fun

i might pop my head in for something if sunday's a go...

as for beaches, its about 35/40 minutes to moana, a couple of beaches south of glenelg, or even brighton, and theyre about 4 or 5 times better than glenelg/henley in terms of beachieness, or about an hour south to normanville and yankalilla, port elliot, horeshoue bay (thats a sweet beach) basically the whole south coast of fluirieueu (lol sp?) its all about an hour away...

Posted by loulabell on Feb-16-2005 00:59:

Hmmm good vibes at 5.30pm maybe drop in for a bit...

...a tour of the beaches sounds sweet - mashed in the botanics + zoo + picnic mashedness sounds BRILLIANT!!!

Will talk with y'all bout it on Friday

Posted by DJ SOLACE on Feb-16-2005 01:05:

Sounds like a plan stan

Posted by stamper on Feb-16-2005 07:02:

LOL i was only joking about the zoo and botanics but if everyone seems so keen...

Posted by loulabell on Feb-16-2005 09:56:

Stampy I will do anything and go anywhere if there is missions and mashed treats involved

Looking forward to getting out of work early on friday... this week has taken far too long to come to an end!

Tachyon i like your style. Boost juices are well worth the effort to get to when mashed.

Posted by TCB on Feb-16-2005 11:46:

Posted by DJ SOLACE on Feb-17-2005 01:17:

Askew Vinyls:

John Askew - The Door / Shadows After Dark
John Askew - Vellum (Original & Backbeat mixes)

Posted by Rob on Feb-18-2005 10:29:

Ahh, I can still remember PVD dropping The Door @ Traffic along with Antiloop Remixes from the Rebels Room - Trespasser. Two awesome awesome tracks back in the good all days of trance(well kind of) -wipes tear from cheek-

Posted by loulabell on Feb-19-2005 12:12:

askew was brilliant... we broke him.

his mum rocks

Posted by DJ SOLACE on Feb-20-2005 00:42:

Ah yes his mum...what a woman.

John loved Adelaide so much that he missed TWO flights in an effort to continue his partying with us. We finally got him on a plane to Melbourne, but he will be a sore and sorry boy for his next gig when he finally sobers up.

We had a wicked night with a another excellent turn out from the Echo faithfull. A big thanks to the guys from Melgurn, who were exceptionally good and worked the floor to perfection before the man Askew jumped up to destroy us all with a barrage of hard as fuck Techno, Psy Trance and Tech Trance.

Cant wait to do it all again real soon with another killer line-up.
