hey if any of you TA's are interested...
if you want you can have a pre-TA party meetup at a party my friends and i (including raptor here) are throwing tomorow (sat. the 26th)
we are havine two bands play
one is your normal indie/rock style band, but they are good
the other is a very melodic rock/dance band (sorta happy mondaysish)
then we will have 3 djs
myself
raptor from these boards
and another friend of ours
we will be spinning a mix of house, funky house, proggy house, breaks, sorta all over the place
as to booze:
two bars
two kegs
lots of crazyness

so if anyone is interested PM me and i'll send you a link for the eflyer
i know theres not much going on this weekend in clubland with the WMC going down, so you might as well come out

What is going on with speakers and an amp?

Sounds like it is gonna be a good time. Count me in. I am new to L.A. and have yet to meet any TA's from here so this night sounds good.

gonna be off the hoook gotta get some practice. havnt spun in a week so need to do that and ill bring my vinyl.so c ya TAS there

Are you down for some tag team Dimensions? When am I going to get teh address?

Awesome, this sounds like a plan, I might be kinda late due to car issues, but if anyone is comming from the Glendale area, I can give rides...first come first serve basis hehe!

I forgot Sat. is my sister's bday. We're going out for diner until 7pm. I can show up thereafter... But if you guys need to take my CDJ's, AMP, or Mixer, Bas can pick them up early on the day.

Sweet shit, I was looking for something to do this weekend and would like nothing better than to meet you guys (cept Clovis since i already met him!). So count me in. Just need directions when they become availible!

So it looks like half hour time slots... if it's still 4-10.. which means I'll be on at 6:30?

I am going to talk to DJ Dimensions to see if he is willing to bring down his 2 technics and djm-600 so that we can have 2 areas of music. because 12 dj's is way too much for 1 set up. We only have 6 hours! How are we going to fit in 12 DJ'S in 6 hours! 30 minute slots is like 4 tracks at the max. Are all of these DJ'S confirmed or are they speculation?

uhm i can get a set of speakers and an amp...but they're not mine. so i have to be extra careful with them. and i agree with the 2 spots for music...cuz 12 djs in 6 hrs is funny

maybe one for the house djs and one for the trance djs?

That is exactly what I was thinking. Now we just need everyone to post up their style so we know what we are dealing with for spots.

yeah im down man ill bring my shit im bout the same bpm as u are so maybe b4 or after u will be cool
