platinum princess cut = played out

they're about as played out as Von Dutch trucker hats.

i'd go w/ something like this...if you can afford it. obviously it doesn't have to be that big...but i really like all the little tiny diamonds around the main one.

and i don't know about your girl, but i personally prefer quality over size, so even if you get her a smaller diamond, but it's from a very nice, then that's better i think. dont get a big junky looking one from sears.

good luck andy!!!!!!!!!

lol i'd rather have that big candy one.

believe it or not i'm not really a jewelry snob...i mean i don't gawk at jewelry ads and want stuff like that. i'd rather spend the money on shoes or a day at the spa! maybe when i'm older i'll appreciate it more. that doesn't mean i can't have good taste about it now though

and the only reason i knew about that ring is because there is a huge billboard for Mayor's on this highway i take regularly with that exact ring on it, so i went to the site because i figured that ring would be there.

Posted by Psiweaver on Apr-04-2005 22:27:

heh. I would suggest doing something interesting like if you guys both have good birthstones why not a custom made ring with both the stones intertwined or you could go your typical diamond route. Damn my gf having her birthday in april its just not fair its like double screwed.

Posted by Cal on Apr-04-2005 22:34:

Give her one of these, she looks like the type to appreciate it

oh for your backwards morons that might point out, why is TTA pointing this out, remember numbnuts that the next while to me is indefinite, meaning I could do it in May 06, June 05, Aug 07.

Rings are tokens. Whatever you buy her, she should appreciate it. Think bigger things like a downpayment on a house to live in instead of an apartment. Homey did that x2 on the first and second marriages. Ring is nice, but digs are more important.
