im on a mission to find hosts that work with img tags thingys, any one know of any (apart from ntl world the ftp thing keeps being an arse)

ps. can spad or fray tell me how to remove colours from an image eg like around the crasher lion fray put in his sig? if you still dont know i mean get parts of the image to show that chequered background some how, its doing my head in i dunno how!

erm.. tis not as simple as that.. that chequered pattern just means it's transparent...

all i want to do is make the background colour (eg. white in my avatar) transparent so i can paste it onto my sig without the shitty background colour!

as fray says its not as easy as that, in photoshop there is a tool called the "magic wand" and what is does it selects all of that colour, so if u had a black banground with a white star, and u used the magic wand on the black, it would select it all but miss out the star, u need to find this tool in whatever program u are using and select the white in ur avatar, and then find the menu where u can "inverse" the selection, which will move it all from the white to the lion and miss out all the white, and then copy that and paste it onto whatever u want, thats the theory, depends on if ur art program wants to play cricket or not
