My biggest "goosebump" experience, however, was when I heard Kirsty Hawkshaw's "Fine Day" (Koglin Edit). The elven-voice just went right through me and my heart literally started pounding. Somewhat hard to explain. Certainly a unique experience.

I'm sure I'm missing some...but not all of my favorite songs give me "goosebumps".
