depends on who you ask. some researchers believe there are actually 2 different kinds of orgasms. there is a physical difference in the way the vagina reacts to clitoral orgasms and vaginal orgasms. during a vaginal orgasm the vagina will shorten and the uterus drops (maybe that is what the contractions are?) and with a clitoral orgasm the vagina will get longer. i think for most chicks though, during sex you're being stimulated vaginally and clitorally so it'd be a combination of both.

personally i think an orgasm is an orgasm. some might be stronger, better, more powerful, more pleasurable than others... but i think your body still performs the same functions when you orgasm regardless of where the stimulation is.
