remember when the mcchicken and big extra was like $1.50...well after high skool i would get one of each well the big extra would have cheese on it and no veggies plus supersize fries with sweet and sour with mcchicken sauce i prolly had that at least 2-3 times a week....

i was fat ass...still am...but now i diet with the wonderful vitamins god and the columbians have supplied me with...LOL

speaking of gravy...have u guys had that swish chalet gravy...mmmmmmm juss hook it to my veins

well suRche i used to work at KFC back in high school, about 3-5 times
a week, it was all FREE FOOD!!!! our manager didn't bother charging us !
and at the end of the day we'd get to take it home!!!!
all the chicken I used to eat and i give the gravy challenge out to anyone -- try the gravy ontop of your macaroni salad , it tastes yummy!!!
PLUS i used to eat two big bags of doritos and 2-3 chocolate bars in one sitting in the evening while I watched t.v.
there was nothing else to do in dauphin!!!! size 33 was my pant size and i was about 20lbs heavier then ugh!!!!!

KFC all the way!!! that goes for their fries too!!! Where does McDicks get off trying to pass those toothpicks off as fries???? BAH now KFC fries thats where it's at !!! 2 mcdick fries are the equivalent of one KFC frie!

ya and in thoes 30 mins i did what 8 excercises hehe 4 back 4 sholders hehehe and i left an thats enoug hehe so there i did my part and that chik was bending there for a reason hhhehehe ... when she was doing that on back lifting her self up all what was needed :d me her legs around my neck haha BUHAHAH
