Just go to Market & 4th street and head south (I'm pretty sure that's is the right direction). You can't miss the Metreon, it's a huge entertainment center with a movie theater inside. Just don't go inside as it's a rip-off, we'll meet out in the park near the "band stage" where the poles are in the picture!

yes 11am-12am i'll be there at the park behind metreon...parade starts at 1pm and apparantly gets to the civic center just after 2pm.....so it will only be in motion for an hour or so....
