i like kilos too. (2.2 lbs is approx 1 kilo) i figure normal variation for weight is nearly 5 lbs, so when i think of my weight in kilos, it varies a bit less. plus the only scale i ever have access to is on the production floor and they have it locked to kilos.
this week i am at 59 kg (128 lb). and i am about 5'5"-5'6". but my weight varies a lot. i cant control my eating habits at all.

Nah but the funny thing is I am perfectly healthy and I don't even look like I weight 135. Its just that my metabolism is ridiculous. I have been trying to put on weight for some time now but it seems impossible for me. Im about to try a weight gaining drink or something.

surprisingly beer hasn't caused significant weight gain for me... maybe it's cause I'm still a bit overweight (156 5'8)... but I tend to believe that this common folk myth is just that, a myth.
At least in large part. When I drink a few beers late at night with friends, that doesn't diminish my hunger one bit.
