DUDE the video's amazing what are you talking about?!?!?! I was shedding a tear

still haven't slept yet. left at 7:30am to go pick up tiff tix. just saw grey area / b&j / armin.

the singalong for mr. brightside was cool but i still love pvd's remix of cream better.

surprised that kool haus was not crowded and had plenty of room to dance. not a bad night to spend with friends!

I was a little cheezed that they put Marcus on at 11:00. Totally through off my schedule as I wanted to be there for 10:00 so I wopuld not miss Marcus.
I recall the long line last year, so I made I sure I was there for 9:30. Got in 9:50..

Mark Oliver was spinning some good tunes for opening up the night, was waiting for the line to Guv to open up.
I noticed a lot of people in White T-Shirts.. Was wondering if I missed the agreement that TOTA would wear white, lucky my shirt was white anyway.

Marcus Schulz - I made sure me and my Cold Harbour / with Armin on the back T-Shirt were front and center for this.
Sorry about missing the TOTA meerup, really would like to meet some of you sometime, but I had to be on the dance floor for Marcus.
It was kind of strange being on the dance floor before 11. Marcus played a sweet set. I really enjoyed Find.
Open Your Eyes was good to hear.
It was great to hear Oceanlab - Satellite - Marcus Schulz Cold Harbour remix, think this is how I lost my voice singing along.
I was hoping to hear a few more Marcus Schulz / Elevation remixes.
The Cold Harbour shirt did a good job of opening conversations with others on the dance floor.

Took a break when GreyArea came on.

Blank and Jones were okay, danced along with the tunes, but was really waiting for Armin to come on.

Armin, wow what an opening. Armin van Buuren with Gabriel & Dresden - Zocalo (Armind) was hoping he would play this.
I was really into his set, great solid set. I missed/did not recognize Tilt The World Does'nt Know??, darn I realy would have like to listen to that one.
By 8:00 I was so tired/feet sore/ other parts sore that I left after clocks, fearing that things might go to 9:00
I really like Armins style and track selection soo much that I really enjoy the fact that he comes to Guv 2 or 3+ times a year.

Over all I had a great time, meet some nice people, Kool Haus was not as rammed pack as the Guv can be, except that it was so hot all night.

He also probably thought we made a cute couple. hehe. ROughly third hour. armin threw on a non-vocal pretty hard trance song, and i loved it. so i went nutz and danced like a mofo. Armin noticed right away, and i gave him a thumbs up and mouthed "i love this song" he then gave me a thinking face and winked. THen he proceeded to his vynels and grabbed another song, which undoubtly was hard. i loved it and went nutz once again, still ignorant. roughly beginning of hour four. Im now starting to really connect with armin, he looks at me at the beginning, and he waits till the climax to see my reaction. So i begin to abuse this. lol. The songs i like, i go nutz for, if its too soft, i give a moderate smirk to him. songs i really like, i nod my head to him, smile huge, and mouth "this is a good one" and give thumbs up. So he starts to break out the classics. Old trance i havent heard since my tiesto/oakenfold sets from 99' 00' 01. I LOVE THAT SHIT, the foundation music that revolutionised "trance" as we know it today. Not only this. buuuttttt he starts busting out the oldskool vocal trance ANTHEMS. i FRUITIN love those songs. and i scream the lyrics at the top of my lungs. he just looks and laughs at me. ROUGHLY 4 hours 30 mins. i.e. 30 mins left. My cutie leaves me, she was tooo hot, understandable, it was a sauna near the last hour. espec at front. so i literally get to the front. and when armin throws on a song, i listen to the song, and begin to dance with a beat with precision timing. BASICALLY im dancing to the music notes. and after roughly 5 songs, he looks at me, gives me a thinking face, and grabs 2 more songs, i knew them, which gave me the ability to dance to them exactly. and during every song he just looks at me and laughs, but after the other 2 and this goes on basically to the end of the night. IF u noticed the bouncers at all, you would have noticed that they pointed to me alot. they were actually impresed that i could dance perfecly to just about every song armin threw at me. undoubtly this is hard to describe. but it honestly felt like he was spinning for me. and i know your all thinking, im crazy or was really high. but i dunno. what i do know is, i connected with armin. its hard to put into words and leave as a messsage on a forum. so im gunna wrap this up. i met a ton of TA's. and you all were fantastic. The girl i hung out with absoultely made my night a million times better and without her i probably never would have gone to the front. i completely changed my opinion on armin, and have placed him in my top 3. i had the best night of my life. Ive never connected with a DJ like that, and to have it be armin, ranked 3rd in the world. just blows me away. one of the bouncers actually asked his boss if i could go meet armin, but the lead bouncer said no. i could have met him. there was a chance. that blows me away. im writing this a bit sketched. so please dont critique it, and dont think im way out to lunch because i honestly dont believe any of this post is in any way false.

some guys pits stank like rotten onions at front row.

he wore a white armin van buuren tshirt and kept showin it off to armin.
front row center.

dancing having a good time when this strong stingy smell hits your nostrils. daaaaaaamn.

i felt bad for his gf but i guess it's true love being able to withstand that.

also some fucks kept yelling and giving armin the finger, not cool at all, vibe killer, and some fucknut ripped up one of Loco's signs.

Positives of the night:
1)(as noted many times) Great vibe!
2) The stage deco in KH, it added ALOT to the atmosphere. Nice job.
3) The tent outside. Great tunes and nice place to cool off when you needed it.
4) Armin chose to play hard shit!!!!
5) The dancer hanging from the ceiling (trippy!)
6) The ceiling didn't start dripping from the humidity in the building til about 5ish. Usually starts around 3:30.

Negatives of the night:
1) 1 1/2 hour wait in the line-up to get in.
2) (as always) The heat.
3) Crowd was packed in every room except for KH (thus can't adequately comment on too much more than the KH sets).
4) Greyarea -- I don't get their music...and the last 1/3 of their set was literally painful to listen to. Way too loud.

Overall more positives than negatives, thus a better night than I have had a previous LOLs. Next up, Guv. 9 year anni. Bring it Coxy!!!!

Anyways, wicked party, wicked music. Grayarea sucked IMHO. B&J and Armin's sets were freaking amazing. Tune of the night for me was definitely New Order - Confusion.
Met a couple of TA's, was bound to run into Starsearcher, Paula001, coupla others. Had kind of a bad dizzy spell in the morning, and couple of people that we were sitting with went out of their way to get me some ice water. Super cool. Nuff said, wicked party.

I saw so many TA's I can't even think to name them all Thanks to those of you who introduced yourself to me when you recognized me!

I sat out 45 minutes of Blank & Jones because they were so hard and I wanted to save some energy for Armin.

we are processing the videos and believe putting them on bit torrent in some time. i know this is broad, but what we recorded was 1080i high definition video, which takes some time to encode and do all the work, but it'll look amazing.

Just wanted to say that it was great partying with you guys that i met at the BBQ, it was totally amazing to be in a club with such a killer vibe. I can tell the difference right away from there and here in nyc.
I hope you guys who tuned in liked the feed, and hopefully we can do more guvernment events in the future. The staff there were great with chris(amb) and i.. no problems whatsoever. Great party, and great city with great people.

This party was amazing....the fact that I was not excited about this event at all makes me feel like a complete jackass.
