Worm Popper

*emerges from pile of party rubbish*

What a great night! The nice weather made the balcony very popular. Steve May returned from the Hello Kitty conference in fine form with a set that had all the ladies screaming

It was great to finally see Mr Chable in action.....such talent!

Nice work closing by Dean...dropping Mr Rush certainly went down well with the "sydneysiders"

how did the races go dean?

Posted by Dean Millson on Oct-31-2005 01:55:

what races? where am i?

derby day was fun teflon. i stayed away from the punt for most of the day as i'm a mug even when my head is screwed on properly anyway, managed to come up pretty much even luckily there were many a messier person than me there however, and the scary thing was that most of them were under 16

Great to have lukey back in town indeed. Friday was shpesh. Gav warmed things up nicely with a bunch of techier stuff that i've not heard him play before, Shteve kept the groove going until we convinced him that it was time to take the foot off the break, then bang, the girlies were indeed screaming

After that we were treated to quite a number of special things for the following 180 minutes. I can confirm that the Lo Step album is well and truly finished and it's absolutely mental! Not sure when it's getting released (i'm sure GU would be getting on it straight away as it's been in the pipeline for some times now) but i hope it's very soon. He finished with some monster that i can't recall the name of, when i put in my first track to cue i was told not even to both trying to mix out of it lol. I'm glad i took his word for it - twisted shit

So yeah, another one down as we move onward to our 4th birthday on xmas night. Thanks to luke and the rest of the crew that came down to support I'm sure we'll have him back real soon, but with Sasha just around the corner there's bound to be a few more opportunities to catch him play and i'd urge you all to do so

Next party is Friday November 25th...

I heard a rumour that a number of TA's will be playing as well, but more details to follow shortly
