For the n00bs
DJ Mag awards = a live event (where your hero is actualy playing :P)
Starting at 9pm they will announce the top 100, 1 DJ at a time in reverse order till the winner is announced at around 12 midnight GMT.
The results will appear on the djmag website soon afterwards (although from experience last year this took a rather long time).
And of course - the DJ MAg itself will be onsale in the UK from tomorrow morning.
In 2003 i was relaying the DJ announcements to some fellow TA's from the awards show itself. Hope there is someone there doing something similar tonight.
It will also be broadcast live on ministry of sound radio.
It was tradition that last years winner plays a set after the award is given... however, as Tiesto has snubbed that idea last year and now again this year... i suspect DJ Mag will be rather reluctant to give him the award again... thus...
Armin & PvD will be both in attendance... the winner playing a set after the announcement!
Does that clear it up?
