i used to smoke alot of weed when i was younger and i haven't had a drink in over a year. I don't really enjoy it anymore and now i am married and 4 months pregnant so that is a pretty good reason not to drink...

lol thanks, druggie i was just joking. but i really did quit that shit. it got me really sick for the 3rd time already. i've had a bad high twice, and this time i woke up with my throat really hurting. that's prolly mainly since i smoke cigarettes, though i smoke ultra lights i smoke alot. and it's not good for me because i've had a battle with TB.

I tried smokes and weed, but I quit that.

I still drink alot regularly tho.

- Everyone told me smoking hash was great before I took it, but it was actually crap. So I'm loathe to believe the 'great' reports that people have about drugs now.
- When I'm clubbing im usually by myself so i like to have my wits about me.
- I don't know of any dealer that I would trust as far as I could throw him.
- None of my mates take drugs.
- Good music and good atmosphere are more than enough for me.

I drink occassionaly - not when clubbing as it doesn't really conribute much to the experience. I don't smoke cos it stinks and I don't drink coffee cos it's rank.

for me.. i only do it about once a year when i go to the 3 day party WEMF. i get soo ridiculaze that at the end of it i need a year to recover lol.

Nope, I was drunk the whole time, but no drugs. Not unless someone slipped me something

And UwolverineM it is by choice for me. I did a lot of drugs when I first moved out onto my own. I would go on 3-4 day benders just being all wigged out, drunk and whatnot. I had my fun, but I realized that the scene wasn't for me, so I stopped taking shit, and now here I am

I would say my life has improved 100 times over since I quit my shenanigans, but that can't be 100% related to it seeing as a lot of other factors were involved.

Same here. I did them when I first moved out on my own, but I don't do them anymore. Haven't for years really. I just don't see the fun in it anymore, and figured in my life, there was no room for them when I "grew up."

Quite a few of my friends are still really heavy into pot, but that's them. It just isn't for me, I guess. Life choices, funny how they can change things.

I find pot seems to have a larger negative impact on one's life later on, dunno why, but all the people I know that are like 25+ and still stoners have no motivation, dead-end jobs, etc

The ones I know are the same way. Although I don't know if I can say that it has MORE of a negative effect, since I know some people that are pharmed out and completely useless for months at a time.

I think what makes pot seem like it has more of a negative effect is how common it is to find someone that does it on an occasional basis. Almost like it's acceptable to most everyone.

I really don't know though. Anything done in excess seems to ruin people it seems.

I drink quite heavily but no drugs (not since i joined army anyway hehe)

might try a bit of LSD and see what that does to me and maybe shrooms but thats probably it, needles and powders i think i probably wont do as i associate that with a not too healthy diet.

well then you obviously havent done drugs, and dont know how much really more fun it DOES make it hehe.

i do it because it feels GREAT, and adds to a GREAT night. why have a mediocre, ordinary night, when u can enhance it 10x times over, and many a nights, its all about the high, and not the party itself. ide rather be stoned than sober when i go out, or wired at the club, than feeling nothing at all.

i assume ur talking about weed...i only stay high for like an hour, so it wouldnt help that much
