Break ups are never easy.......I rely on my good friend Alex to keep me sane after break ups.....Alexander Keiths that is. Good thing hes friends with a lot of my friends also, so we always hang out.....thankfully I havent been thru that in a while...but we still hang out!

When I am having sad moments I do something really great for myself, like go see a massage therapist (or at least get a manicure if I am broke)...or go see a live sporting event cuz they are fun and they are a chance to be with your friends and have fun for a bit

Time heals all... Best thing to do is to occupy yourself like mad.

Oh yeah and break off all the contact, do not call, do not pick up the phone for her calss, no email, no sms, NO CONTACT PERIOD... Although it will hurt a little more in the short run... In the end it will work out much better.
