On behalf of the entire TicketBreak Corporation I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for being so understanding as we try to resolve the situation that took place on November 25th @ Circus.

As you all are aware GEM & Godskitchen will be offering a second show on December 20th for all tickets holders and no cost to them. TicketBreak has been working closely with all parties involved to ensure the best possible outcome for our customer...the ticket holders.

With that being said, here is what TicketBreak will be doing next (hopefully this will answer everyone's questions regarding the December 20th show)

TicketBreak will be re-issuing tickets into all ticket holders TicketBreak accounts for the December 20th show. The timing of when the tickets will be added has not yet been confirmed, but an email will be sent to ALL ticket holders informing them of when the tickets have been placed into their account along with instructions on how to access them. We appreciate everyone's concerns regarding their tickets, but we ask you please be patient with us during this process.

With regards to refunds for tickets please know that TicketBreak does not have the authority to issue refunds. All refunds must be approved by the promoter of the event. We will review refund requests and pass them along to the promoter for a final decision.

TicketBreak is a third-party ticketing service used by GEM Events and Godskitchen for this event. TicketBreak (and the promoters) main concerns are ensuring our customers receive a prompt and acceptable outcome to this situation.

If you have any specific questions regarding anything above please feel free to send us an email to [email protected] and I will personally respond to them.

As most have you experienced, TicketBreak's entry system was smooth, efficient and accountable regarding the scanning, validating and tracking of ticket entry. Because of this we will be able to quickly and efficiently re-issue tickets to our customers. TicketBreak is working on behalf of all of our customers to ensure the best possible outcome.

Thank You,

Nick Hall

Seriously, BRAVO.

Hopefully, it won't happen again!

Posted by all-nite-freak on Dec-05-2005 00:16:

wow...i am impressed as it is true that i have never seen clubs/promoteurs offer this to their clients...Its really too bad that those who purchased their Ticks via ebay and what not get left in the cold.

+1....Its also shitty that those people (and there were a ton of them) who came in from out of town may not be able to come back to Montreal and get to this event on the 20th.

Posted by Marcus007 on Dec-05-2005 02:03:

Yeah but I mean at least theyre giving something back. They know they fucked up so now theyre clearing their name and making a good amount of EXTRA cash on top of it. Unfair yes, but at least they're giving something back.

How long did Tostito end up spinning for?

Posted by Marcus007 on Dec-05-2005 02:16:

4/6 hours...

n00blar tiesto can't take a little bit of heat...

Posted by DarV on Dec-05-2005 03:31:

Still for Tiesto to come back it prooves to me that he does care about montreal... I really dont think he was happy at Circus after the event and I dont think he wants to have a bad name in Montreal..
thanks Tijs

Posted by TicketBreak on Dec-05-2005 03:38:

Thank you to everyone for their support with this matter.

Although we have no direct connection with GEM or Godskitchen since we simply sold tickets for them...we are working with the promoters to ensure OUR customers...the ticket buyers are happy!

Cheers,

He is really a great guy who is a big fan of the city of Montreal and its EDM scene. Its too bad he takes so much heat from people (esp. u guys). By the way, you guys should check out his 6 hr set from Amsterdam last night, I think he has finally changed directions and is back to his old self.

Set and tracklist here:

mikester69, u just lied....

If you dont remember the set well, dont say false things - he DID play: "Love comes again" and if am not mistaken, this track has GOT to be his WORST production ever.....
so yeh....he did play more than ONE of his tracks (and love comes again isnt the only one too....)

but anyway, what i like about TicketBreak is that they have nothing to do with the screw up yet they're still offering something back to their clients...once again, good job Nick....

I am pretty sure if you bought 6 and have proof then yes, as fair is fair.
I am not exactly sure how they are going to do this but the goal from what I
heard is to let everyone in that bought a ticket one way or another, not
sell any tickets, and make sure the had a location to accommodate everyone
so the same thing will not happen again. I am sure they will make good for
everyone as that is the type of people they are no matter what others think.
Have you actually checked out what they actually do world wide,
http://www.angelmusicgroup.com <http://www.angelmusicgroup.com/> these people are
clearly all over the world and do great business and have a lot of healthy
relationship globally.

I am sure anyone with a HARD ticket just has to show ticket break or where else they bought it for a brand new one

Ticket break is a company that sells tickets. Gem and Godskitchen are the ones offering the FREE show. Ticket Break is helping with replacing the tickets to aid the fact of the mess that happened. Ticket break like everyone else just wanted to make good on everything that happened so they are helping so that everyone in Montreal is happy or at least happier than after the show.
