Now the writters would need to devulge why she would do such a thing, as it doesn't seem in her character at all, but keep this in mind. She is one of the best anestesiologists (terrible spelling I know), but the one girl who mocked the carver for her own gain was not properly put under (lone time this has happened). Perhaps Liz wanted to torture her. Anyways, there are plenty of reasons Liz shouldn't be the carver too so Im not giving it too much thought.

Wow. What a finale. That was sick.
Questions left unanswered which will, hopefully, be answered in Season 4:
What will be of the Carver (Quentin) and Kit? They're in Spain but they're obviously going to keep going at what they do best.
What will Matt do now (assuming he really did kill Mr. Alderman with Cherry)? How will Ariel react to this all?
Liz has a pretty crazy past. Will the writers take this anywhere?
What's wrong with Julia's baby?

The quality of nip tuck has really slipped... this season overall was terrible... Two much absolute bullshit which was totally confirmed on last night's episode... Absolutely, 100% absurd beyond the most obscure human reasoning. I won't be tuning in for next season....

quinten was waaaay too obvious. the finale was awesome, but the ending SUCKED!
