the dirty boys -err i mean dirty clowns have owned that pillar from the day Gallery opened its doors just like they owned its cousin pillar over in Montreal. Its not just something fun they saw other people doing and started picking up because it was another attention grabber, or because it "looked fun". I wonder if that contest had ever been started, would it be just as popular?
