Egypt beats DR Congo with 4-1 in the Quarterfinal of the African Cup of Nations.
My favourite team in the tournament is now officially knocked out, Guinea lost to Senegal, 2-3. Ironicly, it was Camara who knocked out another team that I like and also Sweden in 2002 
Although, I'm still glad that Cameroon and Nigeria is left in the tournament.

Nigeria wins it on penaltys, Big big matchwinner for the Nigerians, the goalkeeper Efenyana. What a spectacular goalkeeper, saved 3 penalty's in the shootout and 1 in the match.
Cameroon is out, Ivory Coast through.

african football seems very very even right now, out of the 5 teams in the world cup only 1 reached the semis

Cameroon vs Ivory Coast was one of the most boring game I've ever seen. Even the penalty shootout was boring

ref has bottled this one, blatant home nation bias there feel for Senegal here.
guys this is by far the worst ACN i've seen, before the beginning of the competition everybody was like "it's gonna be the craziest ACN ever, lots of team can win it, lots of strong teams, bla bla bla, etc ..."
and so far all games i watched were crappy, all of them, there hasn't been one single great game, all i saw was crap. all teams were overrated.
african football is not as good as some people label it.
