DAMN look at this Carrera GT

This is the worst Porsche Carrera GT wreck so far and the story behind it is very odd. A couple had just befriended the owner of the Porsche at a resort. The owner allowed the couple to "test" drive his car. The woman took the driver's seat and her boyfriend/husband sat in the passenger seat. Within 1 mile of starting the test drive, the woman lost control and crashed into a couple of trees, tearing the car in half. She suffered severe injuries while the man walked away from the accident. The moral of the story is: NEVER ALLOW A STRANGER TO DRIVE YOUR HIGH PERFORMANCE CAR!!

uhh, that is not a pretty site...good moral dude..trusting expensive cars with strangers: its a no no

With a car costing that much, I would join a auto-bahn country club in the states to drive it and not in the streets/highways

nothing better IMHO...
I like to race myself (though lack of a thick wallet often limits it)... I've raced at Summit Point, VIR, Watkins, Road America, and Beaverun. Should be hitting New Hampshire this summer. And, in my dream world, I'll get to take a few laps of the Nurburgring

Nobody has mentioned it, and I know it can't compete w/ the FXX, etc.
But, the Koenigsegg is prob my favorite euro supercar...

I remember seeing the CCR on Top Gear I think. That guy was having a hell of a good time in that beast. Definitely a real man's car.

I can not beleive i forgot this beauty...and it is AMERICAN...lol

Saleen S7 is sick...and can beat most of the cars we have mentioned..apart from the FXX & Veyron ... but not too far behind.

It has a V8, Twin-Turbo pushing 750bhp

only 700 made though

true, and on the other note the s7 is a dream on the track, in the city streets i would prefer the carrera gt..... i have not driven the enzo on nyc streets yet, only on the track, but the car does not handle stop and go very well, but once going it is very nice and the gear box is pretty awesome, much better than the lamborghini e-gear, on the other note about the s7, that cars pulls so hard in the straight aways it will make you sick by the 4th or 5th lap

LOL LOL thats what i like to hear.

That reminds me of an article i read once in the Robb Report about some guy who mcollected Feraris and had jus gotten the Enzo...and him and the interviewer took the Enzo out onto mthe highway in upstate NY where the roads are open and they opened the Enzo up. The interviewer wrote that they were going something like 170mph and then exclaimed WITH ANOTHER GEAR TO GO...lol...the way he wrote it was funny.

That must be sick...to be going that fast and know u have another gear that will pull...SICK.

My friend has a 1980s mustang that he worked...the only kit and kaboodle...the thing is tubbed out, lightweight frame, everything....it is purely for 1/4 mile racing and not street legal....anyway if he puts in the passenger seat and u go for a ride down his street with him , he stops at the end and says hold on...then launches the friggen car...i swear i could not breathe and i got a head rush when he slapped those gears major Gs....i think it runs low 8s or some shit. Scarey shit.

the only lambo i really like driving is the murcielago roadster on a nice day with the top off, really dope ride, but they perform alright on the track, the murci has huge power so it is really fast in the straight aways, but in the corners it is a pig, the gallardo is really good on a short track, it handle well and i love the awd system in both of them

Well... this is absolute bulls**t ! ! !

boo - shite

This is completely ridiculous. Next they're going to tell MacDonald's employees that they can only eat MacDonald's food ?!?! I, for one, would never consider driving a Ford. However, if it was the best means of providing a living for my family, I would work at the plant. Who the hell are they to tell their employees how to spend the money they earn... Maybe if Ford made a decent vehicle they wouldn't be billions in the hole. WTF !!! It just goes to show how stupid Ford's management is - they think a couple hundred employees buying their cars is going to turn them around.... idiots

I don't think it's such a big deal. Ford makes a crapload of cars under different brand names... Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo, Land Rover, Jag, Aston Martin... They have plenty of choices. Plus, who knows - maybe this will promote car pooling!

Posted by InterMilan31 on Jan-27-2006 19:35:

360 was shite only good model was the CS that came out what a year or 2 ago

but yeah the koenigg looks like the 360 alot

Saleen whatever you can have it I just wouldnt be cought dead in American car although thats the best....still want to see it do good lap times etc.

RS4 is nice Im driving an A4 now and beating the shit out of it love it although not like I loved my first car my M3
