Ok went with Ali and Ben from CT, great people, had a great trip there with them. Glad they both came, made the night that much better. You guys rock

Remy was a bit slow for me and we all decided that we spent a bit too much energy on Remy before AVB came on. AVB was great, had a lot of fun the whole night. Right up front with a big chunk of the TA crew, great meeting a bunch of you. Tried to dance in the 1ft of space that I had but it was a challenge 
The scene was just wayyyy too packed, during Remy it was packed up front but during AVB it just got insane and there was no room to move. Then there were the pushers from behind us, turning the front into a mini mosh pit. The security was just dumb barricading the front off like that, just made it even more tight. Didn't have any water while up there and got so hot and dehydrated I nearly passed out. Took me a day to recover. I agree a bigger place would have been better, although I don't know if that would have just meant that they would have filled the room with even more poeple.
Sorry Ali n Ben if I seemed a bit out of it on the way home, at GC and the train was so dehydrated I couldn't move. Can't wait to do it again, next time I'm drinking lots more water.
Overall super night.

Ok, here is my $.02 cents. Communication IV was awesome, the encore was SIICK...but ive def preferred prior shows to last night.
Then again my opinion could be biased because 1) it was too overcrowded with the wrong type of ppl (altho it was fun to make fun of the guidos, i know drew, gabe, chris and i were cracking up like crazy over that). The vibe sucked IMO except at the end dancing with TAs and 2) my ears were bleeding from standing right in front of the dj booth. And after awhile, i was just getting a little bored with Armin's set, which surprised me since I loved all his shows last year. ehhh
i still had fun tho, didn't regret going. :]
Damn! I really wanted to go to this one but I was actually spinning a party last night w/ friends, sooooo you know lol. I guess next time.
In a small way I'm actually glad i did'nt go to this now, from reading some reviews, it seemed like it was overpacked. If it's one thing I can't stand it overcrowding, theres just no room to friggin dance

Most of these top 10 DJ's dont lay it all out there anymore - there is no motivation there. Whether they play an exceptional set, or they play a shit set, at the end of the night - thousands of people showed up and the DJ is getting paid at the end of the night. I think that there are starving artists out there that play much better sets than these big name DJs - they are also more creative and more interested in the music.
Had an awesome time lastnight. I was chiln with every 1. i just kept finding more n more ta's lol, but damn the crowd was nasty and just too packed, couldn't dance the way i wanted too. Chilled in the vip area and relaxed, blacked out a few times,got lost, Im just pissed I didn't pay attention to Armins set like i normally do, too busy running around. Just glad everyone that i wanted to showed upmakes it 10x better, and thanks lyss for driving my car hehe

Question: Am I the only one who wasn't expecting such a techy set? Am I wrong or did Armin play like 20 seconds of oh each "classic hit" as an introduction to each crazy techno song? I was sitting on a speaker for like 6 hours of the night just listening and everytime I recognized a song, it was gone and there was techno playing.
Regarless of my disappointment, I met some awesome people (robdawg, bigmike #2, claudia) and even broke up a fight between two guys on the dance floor. Hugs and kisses make everyone feel better I guess.

I've heard better from him. It was too repetitive and predictable for my taste. I left at 4:30.
started off the night getting to spirit
going on the line and tryin to have some thug white trash kids try and skip me and my boy and i almost got into a fight
then we get to the door and they are giving my boy a hard time about his id which is real then they take it away but still let him in the club
i got in at 2 it was soooooo crowded like seriously
made my way to the bar had a few drinks talked and danced with a few girls
then my boy wanted to go have a cigg so we tryed to go outside but i dunno wheres the staff the whole staircase was full of degenerate messed up people sleeping on each other and shit so we had to literally step on them to go outside
came back down and i saw some asian kid sitting down gettin the glow stick thing in his face and then the kid asked me if i needed e or something i told him no fuck off
then he tryed get stupid and i almost had to break his jaw
then made my way to the stage got upfront and the mexican lookin bouncer was being a dick i was tryin to pass armin a note to tell him to play the new m.i.k.e track and to get my flyer signed and the guy kept pushin the railing back
then i finally got it signed and gave him the note he gave me a thumbs up
then i went upstairs to that new room right by the bathrooms and chilled there it wassent as packed
then at 5 my friend wimped out and wanted to leave and i dont blame him but i wanted to stay but i still left
overall from the time i was there the negatives of the night was how crowded it was,the staff, the retarted druggies who mess up everything
the positive things were the amount of cute girls there were
i never seen sooo many cuties at an armin event they usally come out to tiesto
the drinks were stronger then the last few times ive been there they hooked it up
the lights and decorations were dope so was the sound
armins set was good it had the crowd and me moving the whole night
false light and sail were deff the highlights for me i was goin nuts
i left after streets have no name
can anyone confirm if he actually played m.i.k.e- voices from the inside?

My review after a full day of recovery/detox mode:
I thought the crowd was great: really into the music the WHOLE night and really friendly (to me). I never had any problems at all.
Set: I was expecting something a bit different but overall the man keep me dancing with no complaints the whole night Like Kel said, I swear I heard some major toons start, just to be mixed into some techno song, so I was a bit dissapointed about that.
Party: overall I give it a 10 bc I met some amazing people and I had full energy till the end. The music was great, and I am always happy when Armin is in my city (is it just me or was armin on something? AS the night wore on, he looked more and more messed up!!??)
Classic moments of the night:
1. Breaking up a fight btw two doods...Kelly started hugging and dancing with the guido, and I went over to the other dood and said "hey this is not a hip hop club!! Be easy and enjoy ARMIN!!" The guy smiled and laughed back at me and said: "You know you are right, and I hate hip hop clubs, so I am not going down like that!" LOL People on drugs are too easy.
2. Watching a bouncer kick these two people out, because a girl with a skirt was riding this guy on the back steps in full view!!...haha they must have been horny as hell bc they didn't even make it to armin.
3. Watchin Kel climb up on the fence barrier like a groupie screaming "I have to see ARRRMMIIINNN!!!!" and the Mexican bouncer looking at her like she was NUTS!! LMAO!!! _
4. Walking in to the VIP (single) bathroom, saw a girl with her pants around her knees and masterbating so hard, I thought it was her last day on earth. And me being so faked at that point that I just stood there and stared and she thought it was funny. 
At least she was hot.
5. Big black flaboyant gay guy being an ass to everyone in the front, so I asked him to knock it off bc he was hitting my peoples. He was like OMG dood we have to be nice to her bc she has AMAZING boobs.....stop hitting her friends!!! jesus, and to think the man was gay.
6. Last but not least: meeting so many fab people. I met soo many TA's that I dont' remember half of them, and I am sorry for that. The ones I remember: bogart, Robdawg, Big mike (I think we walked outta the club together- I didn't even know there were 2 big mikes till kel told me LOL), AJ, sot (I swear I met you at some point??), sebring (the first TA I have ever recognized all by myself!!LOL), intermilan ("I'm the one who gives you swedish house"), joey, choobak, a whole buncha people at once in the front row, and the regs: kel, Max and his russian mafia LOL, gabe, lyss, drew, Big Mike, fran (I lost you as soon as we hit the door).
OMG this is my long ass review.....time for me to stfu....great night peeeps, lets do it again sometime!

Great night.
Did the vip/tables thing. That was okay. I hate waiting on line and watching ppl skip right to the front and go in so I felt kinda guilty doing it myself.
What I didn't expect to get with the table was a hot ass waitress. That was cool. What I also didn't expect was for her tip to automatically be applied to my bill, so it all ended up costing a bit more than I had planned. That was clever.
Armin played some bangin' tracks and so did Remy once he got going. The place filled up and filled up and filled up and filled up. It was kinda funny at some points to suddenly find myself in the middle of Guang Zhou, China. I need to learn how to say "I'm trying to get to the front and center so I can meet up w/some TA's" in Chinese.
Unfortunately I hadn't eaten all day which kinda stifled my energy and screwed up my stomach after drinking but I still enjoyed myself as much as I could w/my stomach in a knot. My energy died @ around 6:30 from lack of food but I would have stayed and just listened through to the end but my friends were ready to leave at 7.
The hits of '05 were nice as always and the new tracks were neck breakers as well, hopefully next time he comes around there will be even more hot '06 tracks out. Normally I'd say "OMG can't wait for the next Armin/Ferry/PvD!!!!" But in this case I have a while before I recover.
