really arrogant bimbo. when i was doing home theatre etc she came in wanting all this help with stuff.

"show me this", "show me that" for an hour, i had had enough and asked her what she was actually looking to buy.

her reply..

"Oh nothing, i get all this stuff through the studio heaps cheaper, i just wanted to see what was around.

I replied

"Miss Wilks, we are a business not a museum, i work on comission, if you are here to buy something i will spend as much time as you like showing you through, if not feel free to browse but i have paying customers to serve."

to which she replied

"I hardly think any of these people could afford anything, get to it then!"

that is a situation where you remove a glove (assuming you are wearing them) and slap her across the face then follow up with the words "go back to renovating someones home or buy something you b*#ch!!!"

we had this guy new security guard from palestine that had just started at the time, nicest bloke evr but absolutely huge.

We told him she steals from us so keep an eye on her; he followed around for five minutes before she was out the door!
