n00b question: I see there's tons of rooms at the Docks, does entrance get you access to every room or only some....? Any dresscode to worry about..?

No real dress code and yes access to all rooms.

Why didn't I win free access

So where is this upper TA entrance and is it only for those with guestlist? Last time I was at Docks was for Tiesto
