christ, this thread is gettin way too long for an event happenin in august..
i agree with alot of you guys about the price being a lil too high
but this is nyc its an expensive town
its not just pvd
i mean like most club nights are like 25$ to see a good dj these days
but in other cities its like 10 to 15

| Originally posted by Blake lol. Yeah I remember, that was nuts. But I mean idk ... last PvD @ Summerstage was 30 (+$10). Roxy was 40 (+$10), Roseland 50 (+$10), Summerstage 30 (+$10). Even though PvD is "#1" and whatnot, the prices seem to go up and down w/the venues. I could be wrong though. Maybe there's some other reason |
what's the promo code?

I would fucking LOVE an outside CP of either Armin, Ferry, or Digweed. Man...
In response about what was wrote about ticket prices, there also seems to be an increase in Toronto and Montreal prices for these events as well. I think the Bal En Blanc event in Montreal ranges from $60-90. WTF. I think it not just here in the states, but in general, North America. Prices are definitely getting out of hand. Part of it has to do with the fact that ppl have money to throw around like that. In Europe, most club events range from $5-$25 max, the more expensive usually being UK club nites. Germany is pretty cheap, all though Nature One recently became more expensive due to the fact its the only thing goin on there in the summer and it has gained more popularity than ever before. Ibiza, well what do u expect. Thats all they have goin on there and its not like u have a choice.

as to what the final price is going to be.

Of course prices go up but when an event is 6 months away is makes us all a little as to what the final price is going to be. |
oh damn, are tickets on sale already?! i can't decide this early!! :P hrms...damns i haven't missed Summerstage since 2003...last year it was only ok
and again PVD...hmmms
wow u def know that my tastes have changed. one/two years ago it would have been a DEF no matter what. I think the only thing im really certain about this year is at least ONE trip up to Toronto for A&B or Ultra Spin 10...
Well I am going to Bal en Blanc in april and most likely going to WMC/Ultra so for me it just doesn't seem worth it. I would rather wait until early fall for something else.

when you were younger dont tell me you didnt want to Get into clubs and places to see a DJ you like , so dont hate
summerstage should be all ages. its an outdoor event so it should be treated just like any other concert. gives the chance for the young ones to experience something they never experiecend before. im all for it. in a club on the otherhand, age limitations should be set but an outdoor event, no way.
