Eddie Halliwell, arrrrrrrrrrrg I gave him the 57th benefit of the doubt today and downloaded a febuary 2006 mix of his, and was blown away by how fucking shitty it was, fluffiest puppy dog remixes and trance tracks in addition to his signature random noises that make them sound even worse.

Eddie Halliwell should play, 6th gate, or whatever that scary ass techno song I used to hear on mix 96 late at night was.

i dunno what kind of trance you'd classify judge jules in (energy?), but i just love his style. True, it may be old school, but he's good at it, so why not stick to it? i'd love to see him in montreal, which doesn't look like it's happening soon, so all of you can breathe easy.

well actually it could happen.........but i dont know what the outcome will be......... he better play some sick tracks..and and change his style a little which i think it doable.....Anyways it not because 100 people on TA dont like him that he cant put on a good show for other people that like this kind of music. By the way Eddie Halliwell if you listen to his set @space Ibiza 2005 where he plays some nice house tracks without his added sounds which Im not a fan of either is very good in my opinion. If he did sets like that more often he would increase alot his fan base.

I also am a huge fan of Eddie Halliwell. I saw him live and he was really great. He plays much harder, BOSH style live. I think he tends to play it safe in his Mixmag and Essential mixes. I was surprized at the difference actually. With that said, I would be more impressed if he started making some of his own tracks. He can only mix other's songs for so long before it gets old.

Unfortunately in montreal the trance fan base is too small here for us to get Dj like him and pack up the place

I think he would do quite well at Aria. Just my opinion. I think alot of people are curious about him. Or sandwiched with other draws in a Swirl or Bal would be great too.
