Back when I started out promoting I was throwing tons of events both all ages and 18+, off the top of my head I can think of Futuristic Funk with Czech and Nigel Mihell, Balls with The Stickmen and Trek-e, Drum n Bass Warfare with Craze, Adam F and MC MC, Bad Company, Twisted Individual

I think the reason the quality of shows is going up, or the bigger names are coming is because people are more willing to spend money.

Back then in 2002 and 2003 I would lose money on almost every event, but I did what I could to keep things alive, it was very hard to get people to spend the money to bring in the huge names, but now in 2006 things have really changed. Im excited to be promoting parties, this is going to be the biggest year for Winnipeg yet!

Right now instead of bringing in Tomcraft Id much rather bring in someone like Sander Van Doorn, Above and Beyond, Ron Van Den Beuken, Gabriel and Dresen, Ronski Speed or Eddie Halliwell.

im defintely keen to see A&B and Marco V. most of the others ive seen at one stage or another. got a 20 minute video of marco v at trance energy 2005 and interview, he shows you at the end actually how he does his producing on his computer and equipment at home. very inspiring!!! the man has a kick ass set up at home! lol
