Thanks DA...I'll try not to.

And Fay-fay...I love you and all...but he's right.

OK to put this simply,
You bring somebody to the bar, they are YOUR responsibility. If they get drunk and pass out and get kicked out, it becomes your problem.
Im sorry it happened, but since everybody had an opinion about it before i got there, there was nothing i could do to change securitys mind.

Posted by tinkerbell69 on Mar-18-2006 21:34:

Being a girl and all, Id prefer to be kicked out and sent home. Id never want to be passed out in ANY club/bar. No matter how close an eye your friends are keeping on you, anything can happen.
I enjoy surviving all my weekends.

That's not necessarily true. There's no law stating that. Most people just leave with the person who got kicked out b/c 99.9% of the time people don't just take random people to the bar, they take their FRIENDS whom they CARE about, so if they get kicked out then you WANT to leave.

I've seen many a situation where people get kicked out of bars and the people they came with don't leave.

You must be living in a small world if you think this is the case.

Well if you brought him to the bar and promised him you would drive him home, and he happens to get kicked out, than it is your problem.

And yes i usually only party with friends who i care about. Its a personal choice if you leave or not.

Posted by Playa24_7 on Mar-18-2006 21:45:

Sorry about the kicking out situation guys. I was already tired even before hitting the club (another reason I almost didnt go to proom, cause i've been messed all week), then dancing, and drinks, it was obvious what would happen if I sat down lol. Thanks for trying to reason with the bouncers for me haha, your all wicked friends. 3 bouncers escorted me out, as if I would do anything! One of the guys arms weighs more than my entire body haha!

Other than that though, fun night for sure, even with being tired, still had some energy for abit lol. Great to see everyone! I didnt even know I met cosmopolitan until now! I just went up to some girl and said "your very festive, I like your ear rings!" haha! little did I know who it was! big props to everyone that came up from T.O. and such places!

Exactly why we CHOOSE to leave.

And Dan...don't worry about it...it happens to the best of us. Not to mention it's not like it happened at 11pm...we still had a solid night...Good times...I'm really glad you decided to come

P.S. Thanks for completely taking off Dan...Cale and I were walking all over the parking lot looking for you...we thought you had gotten in a random person's car or fallen down that really steep (sp?) hill by the upper parking lot where the gate has fallen. I thought you were dead!

Clearly you're missing the point. Let me clarify...I was saying that you live in a small world if you believe that it's true that if someone gets kicked out of a bar (regardless if it's they're FRIENDS that take them there or not...or have 'promised' them a ride home or not), it's not always the case that they leave. If you have experience partying...or even have knowledge of it...there are PLENTY of times that it happens were people get kicked out and no one leaves with them...they find their own way home.

Posted by Yohan on Mar-18-2006 21:52:

Less silly arguments, more partying. (esp. at Carl's)

sorry! I was going to walk down the street to find a payphone to get a cab number, the one I had in my phone was for guelph, and the one the girl gave me when I talked to her was wrong lol. I was drunk, but I wasnt super hammered or something, so I wouldnt be doing something crazy, I was just drunk. I was already tired from work, plus dancing and booze, thats why I fell asleep at rev. thanks for looking for me though!

I started to walk towards that intersection, walking down the hill, a car stops "dan?" it was branden lol. then we called you, cause he said you guys were outside (i figured you guys were staying inside, you should have! i didnt want to screw your night haha)

Well I dont have too many friends who get kicked out. But when they do, who ever drove them there, takes them home. Thats the way ALL my friends work.
I have lots of experiance partying. And I only have "smart-partying" knowledge. Meaning Id never go to a party with somebody who would rather stay than make sure i got home ok.
And I wouldnt really know about being kicked out. It has only happened once.

I never said that I was the one who had left my friends...I didn't necessarily even KNOW the people. I'm saying I've SEEN it happen

No worries Dan, I'm glad Brandon found you. And don't worry...we never would have left without you. It was no big deal...we were going to leave soon anyways.

Don't mind them myself...nothing against you...I've always been an arguer...one of the reasons I want to be a lawyer!

And I'm the same way...I don't care if it means sacrificing my night...I look out for my friends, and I know they'd do the same for me.

P.S. Thanks for saying hi last night
