i dont see how you can argue soccer has more tactics than AFL. but i agree, rugby is pretty shit.

soccer > gridiron > motorsports > AFL > rugby > being raped > cricket.

hahaha. um, yeah. RUGBY league has more in common with gridiron than it does RUGBY union

a sport where u can drink/smoke/be a general fat khunt and still represent ur nation + slow tension building game that can go for two days with not much happening then in an hour everything changes + funny old bastards with awesome use of the english language littered through the game = teh mad game

lol umm yeah

soccer is kool too. Used to love afl but got burned out from it at about 17...dunno played flat stick for clubs from about 12-16 then just woke up one morning and thought - yunno its not really that good a game. id say the rugby (both forms) are probably more tactical - more from a coaches point of view than a meathead..i mean players point of view.
cant see it dieing for at least 50 years tho'. at the very least.
