So I gotta wait one more, long, agonizing day...
It has arrived.. well, I have finally picked it up... My new mixer... see the DJ Booth Pics thread..
I know this is a thread about xone mixers, but i wanted to post my 2 cents about the ecler mixers. 80 percent of the sound is in the mid EQ. It sounds ok, but i hate that you cant really do much with the treble and the bass EQ
I just got a MACKIE D2 and I LOVE it. Its a hell of a mixer.
i got to fuck around on this today:

giving it another go tomorrow, as i'm practicing for a gig on sat., on that same mixer.
i'm not into MIDI yet, to i only can talk about the mixer.
i had only used a 62 before, and was very disappointed with the cueing options. this one has a great ease of use, and i understand it is the same as a 92, howver, with a 3band EQ only, which i think works great.
definite thumbs up from me. coupled with a nice new sampler/FX unit (Roland SP-404) makes for one hell of a setup. i think i can get my shit together and pull off some cool tricks after a few hours of practice tomorrow.
