I played around with brightness and contrast in Photoshop (-100% brightness, -25% contrast) and I found the words in the top right part of the flower field.

It seems to say "It hurts when I breathe."

That would correlate to the actual photo, so it sorta makes sense... but who would really go that far to put a hidden message in it. I think we're just "seeing" things.

Now that I've seen the text once, I can clearly make out the word "breathe".
