beautiful setup by klose on that second goal.
wtf, i wasn't expecting such an one-sided beating
Isaksson = legend. Sweden would be losing 4 or 5-0 already if it wasn't for him.
Klose-Podolski is looking like a fantastic duo of strikers.
PENALTY WTF! Sweden is playing better with 10 men
HAHA!!!
missed PK. oh lord.

Ok game over. That must've hit a satelite.

Has the germans bought the referee
I guess they have!!
Did u see his devildface. Never seen anything like that before!! QAnd the german player who came forward to thank him. Hmm. It smells a lots of skiit all the way to Sweden.
It's a shame the germans are so cocky!
Bout the game. Our defence were terrible in the first round.
The 2 first goals was the worst goals Ive seen in this world cup.
Now there are 20 minutes to go!!.. Goo SWEDEN!!!!
my heart goes to germany deserv to win that macth

Klose needs to score a goal in case the Swedes don't yet feel completely defeated...
>JM<
Congrats to the germans. Hope u feel proud
I don't think the ref was bought. The sending off to Lucic was harsh, but acceptable. And the penalty for Sweden seemed doubtful to me (didn't see many replays).
This was a very one sided game and Germany deserves to go through.
Germany opened up this game very good and they scored 2 goals on 12 minutes which is extremely effective ![]()
Lucic got his second yellow card in the 35th minute of the game and we lost one of our most essential players, because a replacement to Lucic is going to be hard to find in the future as he probably ends his career at the NT.
Germany had a extremely good attack today and they got the chance to shoot outside the box to many times. But that was it, they were a lot better today and won this game comfortably.
We had a good chance before Henrik Larsson missed the penalty, but when he missed it, we all knew that our chance had become more than minimal, non existent.
I'm just glad we made it through this far, and playing against Germany on their own turf is just difficult enough. I always thought Germany would make it through far, and they're starting to move.
Germany:
Goalkeeper: He was safe even though he should've taken the shot from Zlatan better. But still very secure.
Defence: They played well today, even though the penalty was a little clumpsy. Not that impressing, but still their weakest link.
Midfield: Played great today, and the attacking midfielders had a lot of chances to score on, but they didn't manage to get a ball in though.
Attackers: Podolski scored two goals, Klose played very well and won almost every single duell in the air.
Sweden:
Goalkeeper: By far the best player in this game, had very many saves today and was holding Germany back from totally humiliate Sweden.
Defence: This is where we lost the game, unfortunately we were lost here and the Germans were effective as always when the chances were given in the box.
Midfield: Was way to slow today, and they need to improve much. Fredrik Ljungberg is probably the only player I would give some credit together with Linderoth even though he had a horrible game.
Attack: Zlatan was pretty much ok, and took intiative and passed to Henrik who was brough down, and a penalty was given. Henrik on the other hand missed the penalty, and missed a couple of chances in the beginning.
Congrats to Germany and Good Luck! ![]()
the ref was shit, but then again so was sweden. it was a a total reprise of the england game, (who can forget). but let's get back to that ref, what kind of a sonofabitchref LAUGHS at a player when sending the player off, fucking wanker, don't get me wrong i'm not pissed at all, germany was the winner, they deserved it, pogyldoahayaaay (whatever) & klose/ballack did some fine work. and oh yeah, larsson, what kind of shit kick was that, who the fuck goes straight on power.
Ironically it's the polish born players who scores for the Germans, Hehe
yeah so the germans bought the game, and told that swede to miss the goal on that PK.... gimme a break.
stop whinning, enjoy the game and join the german bandwagon
first 20 min were okay,. but sweden played very weak! But when Germany has to play againt Argentina, we can say bye bye to klinsman and his manschaft! It isnt as good as it looks like. They haven't played against good teams yet..
So german pl shouldnt be to happy I think

u know i never really liked the german team all that much but after today, they are officially my most hated team and i hope argentina puts them back in the shit hole they belong in when its QF time.
Podolski's a fukin ****, ive seen referees smile when dismissing players before but I have never seen a player pat the ref on his back and applause him for doing that and then shoooting at goal when theres a player from the opposition down in front of you.
Germany are playing well, very well actually but their attitude today seemed like they think they are the gods of the world cup. Obviously all the home support has made this team smug and as much as I hate argentina , i hope they pop their bubbly so bad, the echo never goes of.
