I just did a little research and downloading and its actually U2 - Staring at the Sun (Brothers in Rhythm Club Mix) Unless Dekay edited his own version of it from this mix.

sounds exactly like the bros mix that I downloaded... haha I haven't found anything about a dekay mix of this track at all.
