i used to love jurassic park...but then i realized the movies would be significantly better without the damn kids!

Unbreakable with Bruce Willis had an intersting premise but it was all executed horribly and the climax was shitty. I'm really looking forward to NBC's Heroes though.
Battle Royale 2. Character sympathy and pschology goes out the window in this anti-american unorganized film which follows nothing that made the original film stand out.
Starship Troopers 2. Just shit. shit shit shit

With the sound off, that movie is fucking terrific! I'd watch it again!

And Total Recall is by far, hands down, one of the single most brilliant pieces of cinema of all time... Undeniably classic in every sense of the word!

My list of the worst ever (In no particular order):

1. Young Adam: Tried watching this "Thrilling Noir" last weekend with Myra - One of the most pretentious pieces of trash I've ever seen, we turned it off like 45 minutes in.

2. Batman & Robin: One of a very short list of films I actually walked out of the theater during.

3. Armageddon: See above.

There's more, I can't think of them now though... will add as needed.

Jarhead, i remember seeing this movie stoned out of my mind and it was just a bad trip drama after another...it took like 2 hours to see any action.

Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist and that horrible movie called The Avengers

IMO elephant is one of the best films ever. I guess you just have a mainstream mindset

Thumbs down

Just remembered a couple more awful movies I'd like to add.

Game of Death
Game of Death II

As much as I love Bruce Lee, making movies with someone that's been dead for over 5 years (at the time these films were made) and using body doubles, as well as shitty scripts, these movies take the Wonton cake for piss poor. They should have stopped production on the original Game of Death, and never even bothered with the second one. Absolutely wretched and awful.

Yet, they still have a place in my DVD collection.
