Finally normal again, so time for a quick review.

CL - Have heard him play before and wasn't expecting much... was thoroughly surprised he played a great set... ill agree with everyone saying that he probably should've played later

MS - SO good. Third time seeing markus, and each time he's played incredibly well. Loving arms - highlight of the night.

SS - skipped 'em. Went to orange room instead. Left after SS played another bites the dust. Upon entering orange room, next track dropped.. 'another bites the dust'.... was thinking 'fuck i was just trying to get away from you'

JG - Was expecting more, but he played great. I def. got a kick outta him playing Arcadia.

Great people. Room to dance. Didn't feel like the KH at all.

Also, enjoyed the smoker's cage immensely.

This definitely the BEST or 2nd best experience for me in 2006!!!

Fav set still goes to Markus back in Feb for Dee's bday, but for FAV night about in Guv/KH... I'm not sure if this tops that night for not!

Fucking fant to meet all those NYTAs, had a blast w/ yall.

Markus set blew my mind, I really enjoyed Lawrence... and Johan, I dont care what most ppl though, I fucking LOVED his set SO MUCH! He started off interesting, switching things up, and I slowly got more and more into his shit! I was brought back to his performance at WEMF 2004 where I first got to see him spin live!

AWESOME!! Saw/heard about Nat chit chatting with him, so wicked that he just automatically knows and recalls you! You're great girl! Loved the hair and shirt Fri night!

WOw, partying at KH on a Friday, not a Saturday, really throws me off... feels like today should be Monday... but then tomorrow is... but its still not a work day bc got it off for the holiday!

I had such a great time! Im glad those of you that came out where there!! Dannyboy was the biggest surprise TA i saw out. For some rason, didnt think you were coming!

Ive never see Jay (blackness) HAPPIER in my life like completely sober.... Jay were u were ecstatic with life Fri night! Fucking LOVED IT! Wish more of my crew could have come out! You were missed ALex, Lars and Katy!

BAKI! You fucking rock! I forgot how great it is being around you! Man, I've missed u these passed months!

AND CAM! You friend, HUGE thumbs up from me and more.. you and your friend... sorry, forget his name!

WHat you did, dude, seriously, that was so fantastic and amazing!! I really am flattered you thought about me and got that picture of me and Mr. Johan Gielen signed from when he was here back in Feb!

Dude, you seriously rock! That was sooooo appreciated! I heard from i forget who, that u got bumped out... Thats sucks man!

To all, including the NYTAs, thanks for a great night! Fucking amazing IMO.

NYTA's wants to thank you TOTA's

i think all the NYTA that made the trip up to Toronto had a fuckin awesome time there. The TOTA's can really throw down a party. It was def great meetin some of the TOTA's that was there. The vibe was def alot better than what us NYTA's have to deal with back at home.

There was one incident that occured during the party. There was this one heavy set dude that was really fucked up. He lost his balance and almost crushed my gf(phoenixbebe) into tiny little pieces. So i get her out of the way before that happened and almost pushed me into the ground. I've regained my balance, turned around and kicked him to the floor. LOL

He tried to get up, loses his balance and once again on the floor. Security finally came and forklifted into a chair and rolled him out of KH. Funny part is when security was liftin him up, he was gettin lost into the lights.

Well besides the heavy set dude that was there and alyssa loosin her phone, we had an awesome time and hopefully we will be back up for Labour of Love.

mann...i must have been the ONLY NYTA who did NOT meet Swamper that night...damns that BITES. mann where WAS i the whole night? geez, well maybe next time.

Speaking of Labour of Love,,, a bunch of us were chatting and it is time someone straightens this shiiit out and successfully books PVD... Labour of Love would be purrrfect... I've heard rumours like he hates Canada, he's been busted by Customs for drugs etc. etc.

P.S. Sorry for putting this into a review thread, but I'm hoping the message gets seen,,, possibly by the right promoter...

I know a ton of us are dying for a lengthy PVD set...

Started @ TIL with a bunch of friends that came from London with me. After having a kick ass time whiching Fanciulli vs. Desyn ripping it up on the decks I bumped into Simon Jain who gave me a bunch of G2 tickets (wasn't planning on going, but thanks Simon). Made the call myself to grab the crew and check KH out finally around 4ish (not to sure tho).

Walked right into the KH without any issues, I walked in and was totally confused..... after find out the set times and arrangment of dj's (brutal)..... and the KH was empty (thats not right)?? While looking around for all of my other party friends from London that had been there all night, I decided to check out Orange room.... but it wasn't open anymore. What time was it open til?? (as i said i had no time concept Friday). After that I walked around from group to group dancing a bit and chatting a bit.

Johan was on when i got in... I do believe he just started when i arrived (not sure tho). First track I noticed he played was 'Fedde Le Grand - Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' (love this track). I am going to agree with the others who didn't like Johan's set. Reasons I didn't like his set: jumping around all over the place... there wasn't much flow to the set, to many old tracks (dropping a couple classics is enough for me), the stupid "Johan Gielen in the mix" recording was not needed, his looping and 'hot start' using was dragging the build-ups and breakdowns on for so long (he did a great job with it, but was totally over used). As I was leaving he dropped Royksopp - What Else Is There (Tentemoller remix) I had stay and rip it up for that track.

All in all I was still happy to make it in time to see a few TA's and a bunch of my friends from London.

Friday nights Ratings:
TIL: 9/10 (better vibe, hot ladies, and always cool enough to dance)
KH: 6/10 (had the wrong clothes on for KH, man i was hot)

OMG! That guy was intense! He was SO FUCT UP! The 3-4 guards could barely get him into the wheelschair!

Sadly, lol, but shit liek that doesnt even really make me look twice or cause me to loose my buzz... though if he'd almost CRUSHED my gf (and believe me and langxazn, he WAS HUGE!), that would kinda mare things.

It was great to meet you man! A please, as with the rest of the NYTAs i met that night!

my highlight of the night was the thanks i got from u and tyler for those autographs. it was all cam though, with just a little influence from my cell phone to persuade Johan that got you those.

The music was good last night, but it was definatley one of those parties when there was the perfect compnay to hang out with. Thanks to all those who saved me and sarah fronm sketchbags all night it was much appreciated.

NADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA....so glad you went out, made it so much better, and thanks for the chillin company saturday, even though we ended up acomplishing nothing it was good times.

To ALL the NYTA's: I'm glad that you all had a great time, you all sure seemed as though you were. Haven't seen you guys since LoL '04 when you all came up with brian (that did live in pittsburgh). Elipse good times, it was great meeting you.

Finally Nathalie!!! it was great seeing you out and having so much fun. I don't think i have ever seen you dance they way that you did when johan played Saltwater, fuckin awesome.
