Why don't you bomb every house in Lebanon because they could be used to harbour terrorists? This situation is getting pretty funny anyway: http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,...3275195,00.html Should we hold Israel responsible for this and start bombing their bridges, beaches and airports? If you don't see how your argument can be used both ways... then you should consider the objectivity of your opinions... or even consider the validity of your arguments. |

Why do you think they crossed the border!? ![]() Maybe you should consider the validity of your arguments.... |

What is dissappointing to me is that here is Lebanon a place where they got rid of Syria, over half the country was trying to bring about "Democracy" and now face this. We could sit here and say well Hezbollah is the cause of what they now face for not putting down their weapons and being purely political, after all Israel had left Lebanon. The thing that concerns me is that what happens to the other half who don't support Hezbollah and look to the West, don't they feel under attack as well today. If it was even possible any more than already, this crisis will be used to the advantage of radicals across the Islamic world to greater effect for what that is worth. I hope cooler heads prevail but that might be wishful thinking.

All Israeli people, be strong.
A Katyusha hit Haifa (Stella Maris), no casualties.
Another one hit my city, K. Atta afaik, but no news abuot it yet. I've heard that it was pretty much near my neighborhood.
I guess you can call it a war now. be strong

Isreal gets blamed for everything when the blame should really be on the Europeans and Americans.
America is instigating all this.
I'll be having a fun bitching time with my jewish friends

As a Lebaneese citizen living in Canada I gotta say I'm quite glad Hezbollah raided the Israelis. That is our only way to get rid of them and our current president. They are trash and I hope they wipe them off them map, every single one of them. The Lebanese goverment deserves every single bomb that is dropping on it's territory for being such fkng retards.
I also hope that IRan intervenes so that the US nukes the shit out of it, I may sound extremsist but all I want is a Lebanon free of trash which is every single citizen that supports hezbollah muslim or even christian.
My only worry though is that 2 of my cousins went there on vacation and were scheduled to be back this week and I hope they are safe.

Is the action really an attempt to find the soldiers? No I'd say.
Is it an act of punishment then? Yes I would say.
Who is it punishing? Civilians mainly I would say. It is trying to incite fear to change their view. To terrorize them in other words.
