Dude, it's a huge outdoor festival that's 21+. Get drunk, technically it's not "in public". It would just be like getting hammered inside a club. To give you an idea, on NYE 05 my friend passed out by a mailbox at around 1 or so...I didn't find him again till about 4:30

the mayan is down the street from giant and avalon is like 10 miles away in hollywood. plus, i think the mayan will go longer and it's cheaper. kazell is the man
