- sorry if I'm out of context - but the club and talks of food inside spurred up old exit memories

when Exit closed and became IKON " that was it " Second floor and patio became Raggaeton and hip hop
One thing I liked about Exit also its that they used 2 sell gatorade,
vitamin water and shit !!!!!
very convinient 4 people who used to suffer from migraine like myself and needed 2 take ASPIRINS

would be funny if the house opener dropped hiphop before armin came on..

The third floor was always hip-hop, excluding the red room. Althoug however I do remember Ralphie Smooth spinning in the hip-hop room one time .. .

If they keep the format the same as they have it now, you probably will.

not surprised by that and he probably goes by diddy to armin and his other friends

cannot really see a hip hop dj opening, too random.

haha bebe you troll this forum

yea i really need to meet you in person, i've only seen you at every trance event i've ever been too and are friends with people you know, we both even have our phone signed by armin and i was there right after u got yours signed and got remembered back to the glorious night at spirit when i got mine.. then we were dancing outside the tent for a while... but anyways...

1)crobar sux... but armin rocked that place 9/28 last year like noone ever has or will, so even though crobar is a shit club, armin is good enough to make it worth going to.
2)roxy is done having parties, 11/11 pvd was the last one, and it kinda sucked.
3)goddamn i hope they don't have a hip hop shit opener for armin otherwise i'm going to bring a pillow and take a nap in the bathroom until 2am... but most likely armin will bring along someone from armada or something to open for him...
4)armin will most likely play one of his massive sets, last year he played from 2-8:30, and he was going to keep on spinning, but crobars security, and undercover cops kept telling him to shut the shit off haha, i remmeberd the first few times they were signalling him to stop around 7 he just turned it up LOUDER!!! haha damn armins the best.
5)saw armin at both crobar and spirit, both sets were insane, but i have to agree that spirit is the better venue, but it's even smaller and the dancefloor was so crowded, there was no room to dance seroiusly, i had to do a blah 2step (back n forth back n forth) kinda lame dance kause i'd knock people over if i went wild haha
6)anyone who went to armin @ tobacco warehouse has whitnesses the greatest trance event of all time and are forever spoiled, no event will proabably ever compare.... so hoping this will be as good is completely out of the question haha, just hope for a good time.

I don't even know where to start with this one. I think my head just exploded from trying to process so much hyperbole.

Oh, and the greatest trance events of all time were mostly happening prior to you hitting puberty. It's OK, I missed them, too, so I'm not holding that against you, but don't go saying that Tobacco Warehouse was the greatest trance event of all time. I personally wasn't that amazed and can think of better events I've attended in the past few years, let alone EVER.

Are you talking just trance, like PvD, Ferry, Armin, Tiesto? If you are, not too many. Maybe George Acosta @ Spirit in 2004, JUST because I met barosoap. PvD @ Crobar on 4/15/05 was pretty good, too, minus the 1 1/2 hour break I had to take when I had to carry someone home.

I've usually had better nights at non-trance events, to be honest. It's not from a lack of going out, or a lack of appreciation for the music, as I still listen to a lot of trance sets at home, it's just that the other events were more fun. Too many trance events are full of kids who just got into EDM and think [insert DJ name like Armin, Tiesto, or PvD] is the greatest DJ of all times. It's almost as bad as the JP fans (almost, but not really quite that bad). I can say I've had better nights at a few Sasha events at different venues, John Digweed @ Spirit 9/2/05, and Sander Kleinenberg 01/01/05 to name a few.

That's quite a flame war he's stirring up over in Music Discussion - http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...1&pagenumber=4. I thought the hyperbole was bad in the post in here. That thread puts these opinions to shame in terms of ridiculous overstatements.
