Great club, Amazing DJ dropping a flawless set and I have danced my ass off there having more fun then at PvD. *go figure*

it was a good party. kinda empty at first, but eventually filled up nicely. bouncers were pretty friendly. didn't care about lights. sound system was pretty good. i still like them with a bit more kick kinda like Love though.

got there midway into ryan's set when paolo - 1983 (eric prydz remix) just came on. from then on he kept dropping some sick tracks. even mixed in a bit of trance.. for the crowd. glad he played mind circus too. victor came on after and spun a trancy set. dropped lift, ordinary moment, and a bunch of other nice ones including a mashup of i feel you and the morning after that ryan id'ed that for me. i didn't like the beginning of the closers set, but he kept picking it up and towards the end was dropping some nice stuff. i remember hearing innocente before i left.

the one thing i don't really like is the dj booth on the 2nd floor. i kinda would prefer for the booth to be more on the level of the crowd. but i know element hosts hip hop parties so i guess it wouldn't really matter for that type of event.

First things first.......I want to thank Brianna and Ruben for making this party happen. You guys did an awesome job and could not have done anything better. I know how much time and effort Brianna put into this party over the past two weeks and I have to say.....I'm really impressed. Watch out NY.....she's going to take over one day!!!

I thought the turn out was great considering an all trance line-up. I enjoyed the music for the majority of the night and it kept me dancing so no complaints there. The sound was great on the first floor but not so good on the second.....pretty much the only flaw in the club. Other than that the place is mint!! I really hope the turn out was good enough for them to consider a monthly party....I'm already looking forward to it!! I'll post the pics soon.

i really like the layout of element, its like a miniature sized version of exit cept the acoustics are hell of alot better then exits haha. i do agree the sound upstairs was pretty weak, i mean at times it would distort downstairs but then i'd go upstairs and i couldn't tell if it was. ryan played a sweet mix of electro and trance, got every1 fired up. vic played some sweet trance and closing guy banged it hard. definitely hope you guys got enough people to do a monthly, saw how hard you guys worked for it, def deserve it imho.

well, hope to see some of you at pvd today, should be alot of fun

Bree, thank you for making this HAPPEN!!!! I hope last night was everything that you EXPECTED it to be...Element would be a GREAT home for the scene...hopefully we get to that point Got madd pictures, will post soon...my love to all the NYTAs <3

haha, well my spot got blown up about 10 seconds after I handed them my friend's ID - I have to admit they were pretty respectful though, and only slightly mocking/rude because of it. And they gave it back! And they looked like they'd be really great to anyone with a real ID So +1 for door staff. And the club looked pretty sick from the outside. That's my review!!!

j, i couldnt' get to the 2nd floor...i was there like EARLY on...but then forgot about it..i was having WAY too much FUN downstairs with the rest of the NYTAs <3 but glad you came here instead of Bklyn...

I know what you mean; I was really having a blast too.

I never got into the groove at PvD and spent half the time catching up with all my old friends I ran into there, but from the moment I walked into Element at around 1am and until 3:30am I just couldn't stop dancing!!!

PS. Sound system in that club is top nutch!!!

yeah i hear that PVD was so-so...some ppl really loved it but most was just ehhh, thats what my girl said...

anyway yeah Ryan Tyas and Vic Dinaire were DEFINITELY on top of their game

ever gone to LOVE in the Village?!! (underground feel and awesome rooms). the sound THERE is top notch...im hoping that Element AND LOVE become BOTH our venues in the scene

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support! We're gonna try to work on tweaking the sound upstairs for our next event. Keep Sept 15th open and stay tuned...

I had fun. Sucks that we missed Ryan's set, but we stopped by our place to eat dinner before coming out. Were there from about 1-4. Victor ended earlier than I expected, but played a pretty solid, unrisky set. We ended up leaving a bit early because barosoap was tired from PvD and lack of disconapping.

I swear, when I got there, word spread like wild fire... "omg, I heard you were here, I just had to see it for myself..."

It really has been that long...

Brianna, thanx for throwin down a kickass party!!! Like some ppl mentioned before, element was like a mini exit but 10x's better.

Alyssa and I bounced around 4am, but we should have stayed a little bit longer knowing what was gonna happen after element but that is a different story for another time. LOL fukin jay! meow!
