some people have the impression that Preach plays shranz or hard techno but he never did, maybe some tracks were hard but it was always accessible and more mainstream.

good questions, and I see he was too busy to work on his column. I'm not sure how many djs write website blogs on their gigs and stuff but that would be an interesting perspective.. sort of like a diary which gives the reader a window into what it's like to be a traveling, jet-setting dj. That way we would get to see how they felt about a club, a city, border customs, other djs they've worked with, restaurants, cultures, scheduling and bookings, travel and so on.
every year it seems I come across a thread posting where many of the world's biggest techno DJs and parties are going to be on NYE.. this one was posted on a Canadian board.. some nice lineups in Europe like usual.

damn.. just noticed Christian Smith is booked at Heaven in Ottawa on January 26th!
If he wasn't playing strictly minimal these days I'd go check it out.. but it should be a fun show either way! nice booking for ottawa.
