Its amazing how a simple thread with title asot 265 can run into seven pages and get 2500 views. Armin is rocking this website.

Owned! haha these threads are just funny Its important to have people from both view points, without people who hate the music their would be no progression and creativity

I agree with Airbase's earlier statements in this thread, unfortunately I feel with the nonsense that people post into threads like "Tiesto" sucks Armin is a sellout blah blah blah, are very immature. If you are going to express your opinions on a track, a set, or a producer; then you need to do it the right way and back up your opinions. I've been a longtime lurker of this forum for the past five years posting once in a blue moon, The quality of this forum in general the past two to three years has gone down quite a bit, this used to be a good place to post and share our thoughts about music. Let me ask you people a question do you like to open up a thread and listen to a flame war amongst a bunch of people you do not even know personally or would you like to open up a thread to a productive discussion. Think about that. HAVE SOME CLASS, and GROW UP. People are self opinionated by nature that I understand. Enough said.

Still, I've found the average 'decent content'/'worthless drivel' ratio here to be quite high compared to most trance based -and even electronic music in general- forums.

...so long as you stay out of that Chill Out section.

Yeah if Armin happens to read to read TA and come across this thread; from outside he will think people liked this asot 265 set and are posting about it inside.. or maybe discussing about it..

Instead he opens this thread and finds some jobless guy scanning his CD cover, editing it and post it again to win acclaim over internet..and pages full of shit people posting at each other and flaming all because someone liked this set and cared to make a thread about it.

But I dont think he will be pissed off or feel sad about it; he will just lol; shutdown this webpage and get ready to play it wild again in some other jampacked club; prolly waving his hands to melody too...

I have no freaking idea how people can listen to ASOT EVERY SINGLE FUCKING WEEK.

I mean, it's good that all of the new and up-coming tunes from small producers are getting exposure from all of these radio shows, so it's good to have the show on weekly or fortnightly, but downloading and listening to ASOT EVERY SINGLE WEEK, is ridiculous. Monthly, or fortnightly if ur an armin nut is OK. BUT EVERY SINGLE WEEK! is ridiculous, unless u've heard that a series of weeks or shows is supposed to be good.

he's definitly fallen off, alot of his older works are simply amazing though. i still spin an asot mix every once in a while, but i ussually gotta find a good track in a pile of tracks that are nothing special... personally i listen to alot more tiesto than armin so i'm not a huge fan, i just can't get past tiesto's magik series

Hmm, didn't mind 266. Wasn't too bad. THe vocals stood out pretty well. I didn't really like the acapella he threw in.
